As Rui's head lands on the ground, both his body and Tanjiro drop to the ground. Nezuko's Blood Demon Arr Burns the threads, freeing herself. She dropped to the ground as Tanjiro got up, he weakly said, "Nezuko!" He begins to walk slowly while saying, "I-I won. I won!"

"Tou-san saved me! I'm not sure why I was a bit to unleash that attack with the kagura that's been in our family for generations. But that was what saved me! I was able to defeat him!"

While he was walking, his ears started to ring as he held his chest. He thought, "This ringing in my ears is brutal! I gotta heal up fast! I'm still not done fighting! I still need to help Inosuke! Right away!" As Tanjiro was about to read Nezuko, Tanjiro's body jolted at the scent of blood. He was shaking as he thought, "The scent of blood just for stronger! Come to tho think of it, there was no smell of ash. Don't tell me..." Tanjiro turned around as he saw Rui's headless body walk toward him. He was shocked and said, "Even though I took his head off?" Rui pulled a thread while his head hung on it. He said, "You thought you'd defeat me? Poor kid. Did your pathetic delusion bring you joy? I cut off my head myself with my threads... before you could cut it off. Enough. I'll kill both you and your sister. I haven't been this enraged in a long time." Tanjiro couldn't even think or speak, he just stood in shock. Rui put his head on his neck as he said, "But I wonder how you didn't get burned. I and my threads were the only things that we're set ablaze. I don't know if it's your sister's power, but thanks for getting me enraged." Rui got two threads as Tanjiro prepared himself. Tanjiro noticed threads appearing all around him. He tried to cut it but had his sword cut to pieces. He thought, "Don't panic! I can still get out of this... Just calm down! If you can stay calm!" Rui pulled his webbing apart and closed the Blood Demon Art on Tanjiro. He gained cuts all around his body as Tanjiro felt a familiar scent approach him. The attack was cut to pieces by, none other than Giyu himself. Tanjiro quietly uttered, "Tomioka-san?" Giyu praised, "You did a good job holding out until I got here. Now... leave the rest to me." Rui got irritated and said, "You're like an endless stream... of lowlifes always getting in my way!" Rui uttered,

Blood Demon Art... Cutting thread Rotation!

The attack was sent to Giyu as Giyu used,

Total Concentration... Water Breathing... Eleventh Form... Dead Calm.

Tanjiro felt the power from giyu rise while he repeated in amazement, "'Eleventh Form'?" Rui yelled, "Who cares about your Eleventh Form?" As the attack reached Giyu, the attack suddenly vanished. Rui thought, "Huh? What's going on? What did he do? The instant they got near him, the threads scattered. Not a single one reached him? The toughest of all got slashed?" Rui raised his hands while yelling, "That cannot be! I'll try it again!" But before Rui could notice, Giyu has already cut his head. Rui's head and his body fell to the ground.

Five Demon Slayers chase after the fleeing demons she trips. She gasps and looks back as one said, "We've finally cornered her." One looked up and said, "Hey, look at that." They all looked up and saw Rui stand above the house. The other Slayer said, "A demon?" The main Slayer said, "It's just a kid. But even if it looks like a kid, it's still a demon! If we let it go, it'll devour humans!" Rui spoke, "Hey... Hey... You want me to save you? In return, will you do what I ask?" The female demon, without hesitation, yelled, "I'll do anything! I'll do whatever you want, so please save me!" Rui added, "Then, become a part of my family." The same demon said, "I will! I'll do it!" The main Demon Slayer asked, "What are they talking about? All right, it's over for you!" Rui opened his arms and cut the five Demon Slayers to pieces in an instant. The Female Demon got up and looked at the deceased Demon Slayer's remains. She heard stomping and shuffling as she turned around and saw many other demons on the porch of the house. Rui walked to her side and grabbed her hand, then he proceeds to say, "Welcome. Starting today, you're part of my family, too."
In the house, Rui, the Female Demon and another Female Demon. Rui cut his thumb with a thread and let his blood pour into the water in a bowl. The second Female Spider Demon gave the bowl of blood to the Female Demon (1). The Female Demon (2) said, "Drink this. Each of our family members' abilities is thanks to Rui. Since we were all weak demons, Rui shared his power with us. Because Rui is the Master's favourite, he gets special permission to do this." The Female Demon (1) looked at the bloody water and hesitated. She took a sip as her body jolted at the power she gained. As she was shaking, Rui asked, "Do you feel it? You don't have to fear those Demon Slayers anymore. Now then, time for the finishing touches." Rui grabbed the Female Demon's (1) skin and ripped it off as she screamed.
Her skin and hair became a pale white tone to it. She held her face as she pants. Rui said, "All right, you can look up now." The Female Demon (1) looked up and Rui said, "Congratulations. You're truly part of the family now."
The family sat around the table as Rui looked at everyone. The female Demon (2) thought, "We're only playing house." The Female Demon (1) asked, "What?" The other Female Demon explained, "We have no blood ties. We're just a clan of assorted strangers." As they talk, outside the Mother Demon who takes the form of a child apologizes, "I'm so sorry! I'll do better, Rui! I'll practice! Forgive me! I'm sorry that I'm not very good! It's just that I revert by accident sometimes!" Rui pulls his arm back while choking the Female Demon Child with his thread. He warns, "I don't want to best your excuses, kaa-san. Just play the role of a mother as you should." The Mother Demon says, "I understand, Rui."
