Nezuko's Will

"She looked at Sanemi's arm."

-3rd Person POV-

Nezuko stared at Sanemi's arm while he asked, "What's the matter, demon? Come on! You know you want it." Obanai began to press harder while veins appear around Tanjiro's eyes. Shinobu spoke, "Iguro-san, you're digging into him too hard. Ease up a bit, please." Iguro said, "I'm only holding him down because he's trying not to move." Shinobu warned, "Kamado-kun if you use any breathing techniques while your lungs are being squeezed, your veins will burst." Tengen yelled, "His veins will burst! I like it! Sounds flamboyant!" He closed his face and added, "Come on! Start bursting!" Mitsuri backed away from him. Gyomei said, "Ah. Poor soul... Such a pathetic child. Namu Amida Butsu." Blood dripped as Nezuko huffed heavily. She was drooling from the blood while veins were seen. She closed her fist so hard she began to bleed as Sanemi laughed. Tanjiro strained a scream while a white aura emitted from him. Shinobu asked, "Kamado-kun?" He ripped out of the ropes while Giyu grabbed Iguro's hand and ripped it off of Tanjiro. Iguro looked at Tanjiro as he ran toward the two. But while getting up, the white light died down. He stopped at the foot of the wooden boards and yelled, "Nezuko!"

-Nezuko's Mind-

Nezuko watched the scene when Giyu met the two on the mountain at home. Tanjiro said, "She's my sister! She's my younger sister! Nezuko is different! Though I don't know how it happened!"

Another memory played as her father, Tanjuro, sat on a wooden box and her mother, Kie, was cooking in the pot by a window. Both looked at Nezuko as Kie began to talk. But... No words came from her mouth as pure silence filled her memory.

Another memory took place as she looked up at the beautiful trees. She looked down and saw Shigeru running around with her haori, acting as if it was a cape. Rokuta tugged at her sleeve and smiled at her. She looked back at Shigeru and saw Takeo chasing behind him. While that was happening, Urokodaki's voice was heard saying,

"All humans are you family."

Then a Hanako chased behind the two and stopped to wave at Nezuko. She immediately ran after the two after finishing her wave. Tanjiro walked ahead of her and stopped. He looked at her with a smile while Urokodaki's voice continued,

"Protect humans."

The terrain switched bs to the snowy mountains as she told herself,

"Humans are to be protected and saved. Never hurt them. I will never hurt them."

-Real World-

Nezuko still stared at Sanemi's hand. She growled and turned her head away in disgust. Sanemi gasped at this. Tanjiro exhaled and eased up. The Master asked, "What just happened?" The right girl explained, "The demon girl turned her head back in disgust. Although she'd been stabbed three times by Shinazugawa-sama, and despite the flaunting of his bloody arm in her face, she restrained herself and did not bite." The master said, "So now, it's been proven that Nezuko won't attack humans, right?" Tanjiro gasped and Iguro ripped his hand out of Giyu's grip while asking, "What do you think you're doing, Tomioka?" The Master said, "Tanjiro... I'm sure that even after this, there are some who can't accept Nezuko. You must prove it to them starting now. That you and Nezuko can fight as Demon Slayers. That you can be useful." Tanjiro gasped and bowed while he thought, "What is this feeling? It's like I'm floating. His voice... Is it because of this man's voice that I'm feeling light in the head?" The Master added, "Go out and defeat a Twelve Kizuki. Do that, and you'll be accepted by all. And it'll give more weight to your words." Tanjiro looked up from his boy and said, "I... Nezuko and I will defeat Muzan Kibutsuji! Nezuko and I will do it for sure! Strike the sword that will stop the chain of grief!" The Master smiled in second-hand embarrassment and said, "As you're ill-equipped to do so right now, Tanjiro. Let's start by defeating Twelve Kizuki, all right?" Tanjiro instantly went red as a tomato and said, "Yes, sir." Mitsuri began to let out a small laugh as she told herself, "You mustn't laugh! You mustn't, you mustn't, you mustn't!" Shinobu let out a giggle as both Kyojuro and Muichiro remained the same. Both Tengen and Gyomei began to shake from their little laughter. The Master said, "It goes without saying that the Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps have phenomenal skills. After training themselves to death, they have defied death, and they've also defeated Twelve Kizuki." Kyojuro agreed, "A good attitude to have!" The Master said, "That is why Hashira receives respect and preferential treatment. So, Tanjiro, mind your manners when you speak." Tanjiro said, "Y-Yes, sir!" The Master looked at Sanemi and said, "One more thing. Sanemi... Obanai... Don't torment the younger ones too much." They both bow and say, "As you wish." As Sanemi said that, Nezuko was blowing steam while looking angry at him. The master informed, "Tanjiro, we have concluded our business with you. You may step back." Shinobu raised her hand and said, "In that case, allow me to take Kamado-kun into my house." Tanjiro goes, "Eh?" after remembering what happened last night. Shinobu clapped her hands and said, "All right, then! Take them away, please!" A female Kakushi went to Nezuko but got startled when Nezuko looked at her. A male Kakushi yelled, "Pardon me for cutting in front of you!" He bowed in front of the Master and then to the Hashira. He snatched Tanjiro and immediately took off with him, the lady Kakushi following behind. The Master then spoke up, "Now then, let us begin the Hashira Meet-" Tanjiro cut him off by yelling, "Hold on a second!" The male Kakushi yelled from behind, "Come back here!" Tanjiro dropped to the ground and yelled, "Please allow me to head-butt that man covered in scars! I Gotta-" The male Kakushi screamed, "Shut up! Keep your mouth shut!" Tanjiro continued, "I gotta head-butt him as many times as he stabbed Nezuko! Head-butting isn't a violation of the Corps rules, right?" Muichiro began to pick up some rocks as the female Kakushi demanded, "Shut up! Settle down now!" Tanjiro struggles to get out of their grip as Muichiro flicked a rock at Tanjiro. The force of the rocks caused pain in Tanjiro's head. Muichiro warned, "You're not allowed to interrupt the Master. They both bowed as they both said, "We beg your pardon!", "We beg your pardon, Master!" They also said, "Tokito-sama!" and "We beg your pardon!" Mitsuri admired the boy in her thoughts, "Muichiro-kun," While the female Kakushi said, "We assure you that this boy will be severly reprimanded, so-" Mitsuri finished, "What a fine boy! So cool!" Muichiro demanded, "Just get out of our sight." They both took off with Tanjiro as the Master said, "Tanjiro... Give Tamayo-san my regards." Tanjiro gasped at the mention of the name and said, "Hold on a second! I just heard him mention Tamayo-san's name!" He got punched in the face by the female Kakushi and yelled, "Don't say another word! We got yelled at because of you!" The male Kakushi said, "I thought I'd pee my pants!" She then grabbed his face and said, "You don't know how terrifying the Hashira are!" "Try to read the room! Read it!" They both yelled, "I'll never forgive you! Apologize!" Tanjiro apologized after that.

Tanjiro never forgave Sanemi and Iguro after that.
