The forest had a small number of trees and shrubs destroyed but it didn't cause any harm to others. Zenitsu saw Tanjiro exit the forest all bloody while panting. Tanjiro was then approached by Zenitsu and other Kakushi while he was relieved that they didn't leave yet, otherwise, he would've died from exhaustion and all the blood he'd lost. Tanjiro explains how his battle went with Upper Moon 3 with Zenitsu while being transported alongside Kyojuro and Inosuke, who finally woke up from the movement. Tanjiro then explains the battle again to the crow while the Kakushi couldn't believe he is still alive from all the hits he's taken. The news was then carried throughout the entire Demon Slayer Corps starting with the Master and throughout other Hashira members. Tanjiro asked how Kyojuro was doing but was told, "Since he's taken less damage than you, it is expected that he will live as well." Tanjiro was relieved that Kyojuro will likely live along with him. He was also filled with pride after defeating his first Upper Moon. Zenitsu and Inosuke just argue and fight behind the row of Kakushi.

-At The Butterfly Mansion-
Tanjiro and the others arrive after seven hours of walking and waiting. Tanjiro just slept his way there. Tanjiro and the others were greeted by Shinobu who waited by order from a crow to tend to their wounds. They were then placed in patient beds inside the infirmary while being told to change into patient clothes. Tanjiro was the first to go. While in a changing room, he thought about what that voice and that technique he'd done on the Infinite train. he thought long and hard before he was interrupted by Zenitsu banging on the door. "Are you done in there? Or did you fall asleep again?" Tanjiro quickly changed uniforms and exited the room. Zenitsu and Inosuke changed and followed him toward the beds and they all laid down and rested. Tanjiro won't be able to fight again until he fully heals.

-A Little Secret-
Just before Tanjiro fell asleep, Kyojuro woke up and said he accepts his sister into the Corps before falling asleep again a couple minutes after.
