-3rd Person POV-
Tanjiro was worried about Nezuko but really couldn't do anything about it since they were fighting two Upper 5 demons, so he just let her be for the time being. Gyutaro says, "Huh! This really pisses me off. You're really good-looking. You're different, aren't you? You're not like any other Demon Slayer or Hashira I've killed. You must be special from the day you were born. A chosen talent, right? That makes me so jealous! I need you to die as soon as possible!" Tanjiro says, "Talent? Do I look like someone with any talent? If someone like me gives you that impression, you really are living a blessed life. You may be centuries old, but if you've stayed shut up inside a place like this... I guess Lulu can't help being ignorant of the real world." Daki barks, "What do you know about it?" Tanjiro says, "Oh I know, all right. But you have no clue, do you? See, this country is vast. It's teeming with people who'd blow your mind. Some are complete enigmas. Some can take up a sword and become a Hashira in two months. Me, chosen? Don't make me laugh! Just how many lives do you think I let slip through my fingers?" Gyutaro asks, "Then how do you explain it? My blood sickles are drenched in deadly poison, yet you simply refuse to die!" (A/N: In-depth explanation on this at the end of the chapter.) Tanjiro then realized himself, "If that's the case, then why do almost feel at the top of my game?" He announced, "I don't really know myself. All I know is, that I feel almost as good as new" Gyutaro says, "Huh? Huh? Huh?" Tanjiro began to breathe heavily, but slowly as Gyutaro noticed and laughs. Tanjiro asks, "What's so funny?" Gyutaro explains, "The poison is affecting you, after all! Slowly, but surely! Soon your death will be imminent, boy!" Tanjiro begins to hop lightly as he says, "Oh no! It has absolutely no effect on me at all!I feel so on fire that I could eat over 100 bowls of tempura udon! Now let's do this!" Tanjiro immediately charges the siblings as Tengen follows behind. Tengen and Gyutaro clashed as Tanjiro headed for Daki. Tanjiro surprised Gyutaro and kicked Daki into the air. Gyutaro got irritated and said, "Don't you dare kick my sister!" Daki sent belts as she yells, "You scumbag!" Tanjiro deflected the belts and redirected them to Gyutaro as he sent ki blasts toward the two. Gyutaro remembered what they were and instantly gasped while Daki took the blast head-on. Gyutaro thought, "Well, those are unique explosions. What kind of attack is this anyway? They explode at the slightest touch from a strike. She got hit because she slashed one without realizing that. She's always taking a hit, that one!" While Gyutaro was thinking, Daki's body fell to the floor. Tengen lunged at Gyutaro nearly missing him, but the blade extends as he thought, "The blade is extending-" Gyutaro took a look at Tengen's grip on his sword and thought, "He's holding onto the tip of his sword! What kind of insane grip does he have?" Tengen mumbled, "Go!" Gyutaro barely dodged Tengen's blade as he gains himself a cut. Tengen said, "Damn, I botched the chance to finish off this one!" Tanjiro says, "Don't worry, Uzui-san!" Tanjiro was about to slash Gyutaro from behind before getting struck by Daki's belt into a nearby wall. Tengen yells, "Kamado-shonen!" Daki put her head back into place and angrily yells, "He beheaded me again! Damn you! Damn you! I'll make you pay for this! Not fair not fair! Why am I the one who's always getting beheaded?" Zenitsu and Inosuke finally joined the fight after watching Tanjiro and Tengen fight the two. Gyutaro says, "Hold on. You're both onto us, aren't you?" Tengen asks, "About what?" Gyutaro says, "Not that finding out about us will do you any good! Since you're going tonight, anyway! Even as we speak, we're creeping toward victory, aren't we? Your strongest Demon Slayer is slowly dying to the poison over there!" Inosuke says, "I don't know about that!" He and Zenitsu appear by the broken entrance of the door before adding, "Better not forget about me! Not only yours truly, Inosuke-sama, but his minion is here, as well!" Zenitsu was just sleeping and snoozing away. Gyutaro asks, "Who the hell are these guys?" Tanjiro walked out of the rubble as Gyutaro got angrier at the boy's persistence.

-At the entrance of the Yoshiwara District-
Everyone was fleeing toward the exit in fear of the battle that happened inside. Everyone was traumatized and scared while they sat down. Makio yelled, "If you're wounded, come this way!" Suma adds, "Everyone else, please flee from here!"

-With a very tired Hinatsuru-
Hinatsuru slowly walked toward the ongoing battle with the support of the wall.

-With the battle-
Gyutaro annoyingly grunts in annoyance while Daki laughs. Tanjiro huffed at the hit he's taken, while Inosuke and Zenitsu stand tall by the broken exit, ready for a beatdown on the two demons. Tengen says, "Hey, you guys... Talk about flashy entrances! That's what I like to see!"

Tanjiro's Poison Immunity explanation: Saiyans are almost immune to any toxins and poisons. In Jaco the Galactic Patrolman, Jaco carries around a small vial that holds a toxin so powerful it would apparently wipe out the human race if he opened it. But then he says it flat out wouldn't work on a Saiyan, not even a baby Saiyan like Kakarot.

There are few exceptions to this, like Frost's specialized poison which literally made Goku sleepy for about 60 seconds, and then he was right back to normal. So he's not going to die from any food poisoning or toxins, at best he'll get sick for a very short time.

-A Little Secret-
Tanjiro is fully immune to the poison Gyutaro has in his sickles. As in the explanation, Tanjiro will still feel the effects, but it will only be temporary.
