You would think Gene Simmons, me, would have no trouble planning a date. The trouble is that I'm not the romantic Eric is. I just usually take someone out for food, go back to my place for sex and then they leave. Planning a date for me is torture so I go to Paul for help.
He looks at me and starts laughing but he lets me in anyway. "So, let me get this straight. You want me to plan a date for you so Eric will think you're so romantic? What do I get out of this? Dinner? Money?"
I roll my eyes and reply ,"Nothing," even though I'm already adding up how much this is going to cost me. "If you'll do this, I'll hook you up with the road manager."
Paul's eyes grow wide in disbelief. "How?" "He's so shy he barely looks at me."
"I am Gene Simmons after all." I bragged. "If he refuses to meet you at the appointed time and place, I'll confess to Eric you set the date up."
"I want you to tell him in front of the whole band." grinned Paul.
"Fine." I sigh. "Call me when you get it ready."
"Are you actually paying? I'm not going that far."
"Yes, do you think I'm cheap?"
"Very. Now get."
I head to my place to find something to wear. I get caught up in my musings and miss the phone ringing. Finally I hear a knock on the door and jump. "Damn!"
When I open the door, Paul shoves a piece of paper into my hand and leaves. "Do not forget the agreement."
Two days later I walk Eric into the most expensive restaurant in Manhattan. "Damnit Paul! I knew you would find the most expensive place in Manhattan." I mumble under my breath.
"What's that?" asked Eric.
"Nothing baby." "Just talking to myself."
Luckily for me the date goes perfectly. Thank God Paul has decent tastes in some things.
When we return home that night, Eric staying over, I wait until he's asleep to write down my plans to get Paul his date. I hope this works.
