INHERITANCE OF FEAR (Seriály #01)

CHAPTER 7: INVESTIGATION

As the suspicious men in black barged in the room, all of those who were there are alarmed. "Good evening, everyone.." said the tall man that possess brown hair and muscular body build "Who are you?" asked Damon, although with rising concern as to what these men really want with them. The men that were with the man that greeted them good evening provided medical help, asking if some of them might be injured but none were.

"Good evening, everyone.. Mr. Damon, I'm agent Matheo Santos- we work with the government, I'm the leader of this group and we are the trained agents from an organization called S.W.O.R.D. Sentinel Warriors for Operational Reconnaissance and Defense. We are called to investigate the situation and premises, and under the name and command of Omega Vespera, kami ay naipadala dito sa ilalim nang hiling ng iyong ama. Matheo Santos, the agent that introduced himself smiled widely. All of the people that were there frowned, they never heard the organization Matheohad mentioned.

"You can't just barge in here.. leave immediately." Damon commanded all of the men that were with Matheo but Dazmon came in, with blood smeared on his tuxedo and messed up hair. "There is no need of leaving Matheo.. send my appreciation to Salvador for immideately fulfilling my request for you all to come here... Good evening.. I actually don't know how I will explain this to you all but.. but my granddaughter is no longer here.. according to the doctor she had too many bruises and the impact made her lost too much blood and it punched her oxygen out of her lungs.." Dazmon's voice cracked, it mirrors how he was feeling at the moment. Yani and Claudia wept again while some prayed and were terrified.

"I apologize for you all being involved in this event but it's for the greater good.. I cannot let this go without any proper investigation lalong-lalo na I know my granddaughter will never hurt herself.. Matheo along with his team will commence their investigation and you all must stay here.. anyone who would like to leave can leave but will be labeled as a suspect." Dazmon explained what the investigation truly meant, the only ones that were sort of annoyed and bothered were the parents of the friends of Fleur. They are busy people that are in constant business meetings but what Dazmon said hit them, if they leave they will be labeled as a suspect.

On this situation, no one could think straight and right. Who would expect someone to die? Not only that, the debutant died. "Is everyone in favor of this? The investigation will start as soon as possible.. the earlier we finish the earlier you all can go back to work especially some of you are the honored stockholders of our university. I-" Dazmon stuttered and his tears fell one by one, "I thank you all for loving my apo- I know she loved you all too- there will be a funeral held after the investigation but for now she is being investigated via autopsy.. I actually just came home to check the condition of you all.." Dazmon added before wiping his tears, the guests sat down after hearing the news while the grandfather walked out with Matheo.

Wayne looked at Dazmon and Matheo, with a formed fist he walked out too, Wisconsin tried to stop him but it was too late. Wayne got on his knees in front of Wayne and Matheo "I- I beg you all.. to find out who dared harm her.. she was my life, she's- ohh God.." Wayne began crying his aching heart out, Dazmon pulled him in for a hug while the concern parents of Wayne followed to comfort him.

After assessing the situation, the guests were assigned on specific rooms with security and therefore they are not allowed to go out unless neccessary. The guests that were about to come to the cancelled party were sent home by Dazmon, explaining that there was an emergency. As per the media and paparazzi that came to ask questions to why the mansion of the Visokovich family were filled with police and ambulance for the night but Dazmon cast them out, out of exhaustion.

Matheo Santos left a calm impression to the worried guests, he remained calm as a professional and he knows that further uneccessary action will worry the guests more.

"Once again.. good evening everyone. I'm Matheo Santos and along with my team we are assigned here to investigate. All of you are going to be assigned to specific rooms, you are going to be guarded by my men for protection. The law of the government doesn't work for us unless it's connected and approved by our organization, we have a different system running to keep respect, honesty, integrity and justice. Each one of you will be called to state everything that you remember that happened tonight but as requested by Mr. Dazmon we will start the investigation tomorrow morning to let you all have a night rest." Matheo Santos- stood in the front of the room, creating a dominant presence to those who were there. All they could do is nod and agree as to nothing can be done even if you are given everything to do.

"Beta Reyes, Gamma Mendoza, Delta Gonzales, Omega Santos.. assist them to their respective rooms...you know what to do.." Matheo commanded his team, they all nodded and assisted the guests that were assigned on specific rooms.
