"I could stick you if that would help." The dormouse pulled out a little sword and approached Camilo. "That would actually." The mouse came closer before sticking it through his leg and a yell left Camilo's mouth. "I guess it isn't a dream then," Mirabel said looking at the rabbit. "I suppose so," Y/n answered looking bummed. She saw the family using their gifts she knew she got the right kids. She just didn't know how to prove it. "If you guys aren't the right ones how come you guys have gifts?" Camilo who was still holding his foot looked at Mirabel before shape-shifting into her. "I told you guys these are the right ones!" The dormouse shook his head "Absolem said they aren't so they aren't." Y/n went near Mirabel joining their elbows together "Maybe Absolem isn't so Absolute." Y/n and Mirabel were about to turn when they heard something move in the bushes. A big scary-looking monster came and Y/n's smile dropped quickly.

"Bandersnatch!" Tweedledee and Tweedledum screamed. Y/n grabbed the two kids by the hand and started running. Mirabel looked behind and saw red cards running and the Bandersnatch chasing them. "What is that thing?" Camilo screamed while they ran. "It's the Bandersnatch! The red queen's pet I guess." Mirabel stopped running making Camilo and Y/n turn around. "What are you doing!" Camilo said trying to get her to run "If this is just a dream this thing can't hurt us." The dormouse noticed and started running towards the still girl. "Move you big lug!" He quickly jumped on the back of the Bandersnatch and plucking an eye out and ran. When the eye came out the Bandersnatch tried to claw at Camilo but Y/n stepped in getting hurt. Not minding the injury, she quickly grabbed both of their arms and ran again. Tweedledee and Tweedledum both caught up to the group running away from the Bandersnatch.

"I can't believe we survived that," Mirabel said. Y/n showed her a soft smile before looking at her arm. Camilo looked at her arm, "thank you for jumping in there and saving me." Y/n smiled at the boy "anytime." The group came across two roads the one point left saying Snud and the one pointing right saying Queast. Y/n was about to say something when Tweedledee grabbed Mirabel's arm "This way. East to Queast." Tweedledum grabbed Camilo's arm, "No, South to Snud." The two kept pointing in the direction they thought was right before Y/n had enough "boys this bickering isn't going to help us! We should figure- DUCK!" A loud quacking sound was heard before she grabbed both of their arms and made them get down. The twins were then grabbed up by the bird and taken off leaving the three children.

"Where did that bird take them?" Y/n sighed as she led the pair through the woods "probably to the red queen." Camilo looked at the girl "who is this red queen?" Y/n stopped walking and faced the two of them "the red queen is why this place looks so dead. She placed a spell that is said only the magic three can break." Mirabel looked at her cousin then back to Y/n "And how does the magic three do that?" Y/n shrugged "I'm just as lost as you. All I know is tomorrow we might have to slay a dragon." Mirabel's eyes went wide "slay a what! I'd rather be the one getting married." Y/n laughed "when they say me and Camilo are to be married they mean we are overruling the queen." Camilo sighed "that makes more sense." Y/n smiled "we need to get to the white queen she'll know what to do." The group kept walking till Y/n stopped she turned around before smiling "Chersire I know that's you!" A cat with a big smile appeared before them.

"Oh my what happened to you?" Y/n looked at her arm "Bandersnatch." The cat disappeared before showing up behind them with a scarf in his hand "let me bind it for you." Y/n let her arm show while he tied the scarf around her wound "Y/n who are these people?" Y/n smiled "these are the Madrigals." The cat's smile widen "it's been an awfully long time since I have seen you three together." Y/n smiled and nodded while Camilo looked at the cat "what do you mean a long time? We've met before?" The cat's smile widens "you best be on your way." He disappeared before appearing on the tree again. "We just want to go home." The cat appeared in front of Y/n "fine, I'll take you to the hare and the hatter but that's the end of it." He disappeared before showing up at the end of the road "coming?" Y/n smiled big grabbing Mirabel's hand and running towards the cat Camilo, not a beat behind, followed the two girls.

The group appeared in front of a long table and saw the hare, the hatter, and the dormouse sleeping. Y/n steps became louder waking them up as she stopped at the edge of the table "Hatter look who I got!" The hatter smiled brightly and started walking across the table to get to them. He stopped in front of the two children "you two are finally here." The dormouse rolled his eyes before looking at Y/n, "It's not them Y/n brought the wrong ones." Y/n ears fell "I didn't! You can tell, right hatter?" The hatter petted her head before nodding "It's absolutely them. You're absolutely them. Y/n and I would know you two anywhere." Y/n smiled before looking towards the dormouse "told you." The hatter grabbed each kid by their hand while Y/n went and took a seat by the hare. "I've been forced to wait for your return. You two are late for tea you do know that right?" Y/n nodded "they are very late." Mirabel smiled at the hatter "time is very funny in dreams."

The hatter smiled "yes, it can but no need to dwell we need to get on to frabjous day!" The table cheered while Y/n, Camilo, and Mirabel sat there. "You." The hatter pointed at Camilo "do you know why a raven is like a writing desk?" Before Camilo could answer the table went loud "downal wyth bloody behig hid!" Camilo looked at Y/n "what did they say?" Y/n looked at him "down with the bloody big head. The big head being the red queen." Mirabel nodded "nobody really likes her do they?" Y/n shook her head "they all hate her." Loud neighing was heard from across the table and the hatter acted quickly. "drink this." He shoved a bottle down the three kids' throats making them grow small before shoving them into a tea pot. "be quiet you three." Y/n stood up looking out the three holes before gasping "the red queen's army is here." Mirabel held on to Camilo "is she going to hurt us?" Y/n looked back "I see Bayward and he's friends with the hatter so I don't think so." Camilo let out a sigh of relief. Y/n heard sniffing and laughter. She sensed Bayward was close. Y/n heard glass break and then neighing seemed farther away. "you guys are safe now." The hatter helped them out before smiling at how small they all were "I must bring you to the white queen now. Hop on my hat." The three children waved away at the hare and the dormouse before leaving on top of the hatter's hat.

This is getting longer than I expected. I'm gonna make one last part of it then I'm done. Don't worry Y/n and Camilo are gonna get more screen time together in this last chapter. I was gonna finish this theme off with the one more person but this one is so long i won't need to! anyways hope you all like it Love you all!!!
