Lionel POV
I just woke up and checked my abs Blue's assignment we got assigned the day before winter break to film something of interest and I noticed it's been two days and she hasn't responded to my email. I suit her a quick hey and started getting ready. When I got out the shower my phone was ringing and it was Blue. " I am so sorry, I completely forgot about our assignment, I'm in a Uber back to campus now I had went in winter break it was completely selfish of me" she says and I could tell she read my email and my notes about it.

" oh it's okay" I say seeing it was 6 in the morning. I wasn't trying to cause a fuss I simply gave notes on what was interesting around campus. " I should be back by 2 how about a late lunch and we go over the notes?" She asked and I smile seeing she was making an effort. " yeah that's fine just let me know when you get back" I say and she giggles. It was so airy and free. " bye lionel" she says and hangs up. " bye blue" I smiled I liked the way she said my name.

Blue POV

I had to leave the resort early but the gang understood I needed to keep my gpa perfect. My Uber knew a short cute and I made it back at 11:56. I text Lionel that I was on my way to my room and he said he'd meet me at the AP quad and I smiled. I quickly changed into sweats and a tee due to me being in pajamas. I walk out into the quad with my bag and some of my film stuff. " hey" I hug him and I must have took him by surprise but he hugs back after a delayed moment.

" hey so I know you read the notes I already put out but I had more ideas" he says and I nod tryna see what he was getting at. I suddenly find myself shy and kinda in my own little world. " they said to find something interesting but wouldn't tel us what that entailed and it was up for our own interpretation" he says as we sit on the bench and I nodded. " what did you have in mind that's interesting at ULG?" I asked not having noticed anything interesting.

Mind you I've been keeping to myself despite having not one but two boyfriends I just get in my moods where I find my insecurities attacking me and I want to be alone. " can I be honest?" I nodded and he sighs. " you" he says and I looked at him confused. " what about me is interesting, nothing about me in interesting"I say and he nods. " Blue respectfully you had a very public divorce with a Kappa Alpha Psi Alum I don't think anything is more interesting than that, but we don't have to do it" he says softly.

Derrick POV
Me and Danny listened as Blue had butt dialed him, of course we were on mute and she was with Lionel, the same one we just put a bid out for. " no, I want to do it, everyone got to hear his side of the story, but what's bout mine?" She asks and I could hear the sadness as I poured for my baby. " they like each other don't you hear it in their voices?" Danny ask and I'd hate to admit it but their banter and their voices told that he had a crush on her and he was very appealing to her shy side. Blue is very loving and she's in that part of her healing where she'll give her love to those who love her first.

" we shouldn't be listening without her consent" Danny says and we hang up. " I say do it" I read his mind before he even said it. " I mean they've been in the same classes for over a month they're working on an assignment together, I mean it was inevitable when Eric put us in her path we embodied the reasons she fell in love with him and Lionel embodied the reasons she's falling in love with herself again, only we didn't put them together it was natural selection, I just feel we should be ready for when she comes to us out of pure guilt with something along the lines having falling for him and isn't he pan sexual?" I rant for a bit and Danny paused and sighed.

" if this is not what we're thinking and we're just in our own heads we don't bring it up" Danny finally says. " and if it is" I asked we had to face the facts. " then we let Blue initiate it, you said out of guilt we already know, we peeped from a distance and we both know like how she told us she'd do anything for us, we both know we'd do anything for that woman to be happy" he answers honestly. " look at us being open minded and understanding" I say nudging him and he smiles before we go back to the group.

Lionel POV
" I don't want you doing anything you don't want to" I say from behind the camera. " I want to do this" she says but she looked worried, nervous and shy all at once. " are you sure Blue, I know this is going to be a lot to unpack" she nods. " yes, let's do it" she says and I started with my first question. " when did you meet him?" I asked her and she proceeded to explain that he was originally married to Charity first and they essentially switched husbands after that and that Eric had bought her two months after his divorce with Charity finalized.

I asked a few more questions pausing after each one checking her level of comfortability and seeing where her head was at. " now you said that you love him without the d as in current why is that?" I asked and she sighed. " I believe parts of me always will but I've started healing from it" she paused before tearing up. " yet you still from, why do you weep so little one?" I asked and she cracks a small smile. " now that I retell the tale it just makes me sound all that much more like I asked for it, and in a way I did, I didn't want to know the dirty deeds, but once I did and I saw the signs I stayed, each time he did it until the last" she realizes her actions.

" that doesn't mean you deserved it just because you saw the signs doesn't mean you deserved it" I comfort her and I hand her a tissue and she wipes her tears. " he was fully of aware of what he was doing and just because you saw the signs doesn't mean he was going to stop you said that, would you go back?" I asked my final question. " I love him but no, I think I'm finally ready to put me first and be loyal to myself" this caused me to smile. She didn't deserved that. " I personally feel you deserve to be happy" I mumbled and she stands up and shrugs.

" you deserve to have everything you ever wanted and I'll be cheering you on The Whole way" I shrug and she looks at me and she smiles. " you're so good to me" she hugs me and this time I hugged her. We went back to my room to start editing what took hours to film. It was a process but she seemed to be in a really good mindset and I'm glad for her.
