I made it through crossing week, today is the day that all the sorors and grays cross. The AKA's started crossing an hour ago but is DST pledges, the Kappas and Alphas don't cross until later tonight Midnight to be exact. This is gonna be the hardest point but also the best. Was I very nervous? Hell yes I was. I was currently in the quad with both Derrick and Danny and Bailey. " calm down B, I can feel you shaking" Danny says kissing my hand as Derrick massaged my calf. " even your legs are tense B, relax" he says and they hit me with those brown eyes. I'll always be weak for them. I even asked my husband if I could keep them. I remember the smile on my face when he said I could. They had yet another long day long meeting with my husband about how this polygamy relationship would work. I'm so glad they agreed and we have slowly got more comfortable with being in it. Though they still have their egos and what have you at the current moment they were doing good in the last ten minutes and not arguing.

" shit we gotta go we're about to start getting ready for ours " Derrick checks the time on his phone. " good luck and congratulations Kappa Men " I say kissing their cheeks and him and Danny Leave " I guess we should start getting ready ourselves" I say to Bailey who had been hanging with us and we walk to our room and we hug. We take turns getting showers and dressed and doing our hair.

( white dresses is what the big sisters will be wearing and the red and black is what the girls are wearing also the black boots are just gonna be regular boots since they'll be marching far and the big sisters are just going to be wearing white sneakers of their choice )

I took a shower and when I came out Bailey was putting her hat out. I had gotten dressed " I, got a feeling, I got a feeling brothers I got a feeling! Somebody's trynna sneak in my frat AND IT AINT GONNA BE NO SHIT LIKE THAT" I hear the big brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi yell as they began their crossing ceremony. " Sweat! Sweat sweat blood sweat blood until you sweat, sweat sweat blood sweat blood until sweat blood and tears KAPPA" the pledges were sounding off and we looked at the window to see them holding their torches and they began the march as Eric and Dre were at the front of the line both leading the Kappas.

This was our cue to rush to our spots and get ready. We were about to walk all the way across campus and I remember everything leading up as we had a crowd of our own to see us cross. We did our intro and the eight of us got into positions. " who are we? My sisters and me we are the soul stepping sorors of DST" Big Sister Sugar cane began the call off. " Step by step, my stepping sorors, we have arrived to cross those sands over into delta theta sigma land" her and the rest of the big sisters sounded off. We began marching as I recall big Sister Sugar cane and big sister Karma teaching me how to swim.

" just like this Blue, you better learn fast because we're swimming far, kick out your legs we got you". big sister Karma was showing me how to do it as Big sister sugar Kane held me and I repeated what his sister Karma was doing. " just like that" They began cheering me on. " I'm so proud of you Blue" Bis sister Klarity says swimming over. " imma let you go now okay" Big sister sugar Kane says after we did this for a few minutes and I nodded. She let me go and I floated. I floated and it was a different feeling swimming on my own. It took me back to the moment I jumped off the big ride into the pool below and my husband jumped in after me because back then I couldn't swim. I will forever associate this feeling with that moment, that raw and genuine love I received from that moment.
