I smile at Mal as he handed me flowers. " Mal thank you they're beautiful" I sigh and I see Blue got flowers from both her interest and she was over there cheesing up a storm with them. " I really like you Mal, I do, but you and everyone on campus watch my marriage crash an burn with the rest of my friend group" and he nods as I smell the flowers. " we are willing to wait for you" I overhear Danny and Derrick blue in unison. " you are not a moment, you are not a phase, you are not an era, you are a person who brings us a good feeling that we never want to stop feeling, we don't want to own you that's not a relationship we want to experience you and if we must wait while you find yourself we will" Danny spoke and Blue was taking it all in. Here before us we had men willing to wait another lifetime if need be for us to heal.

" are you free Friday, we're having a DST banquet with a few alums to dicusss our next charity event and the new upcoming winter line and I'd love it if you were my date" I flirt with Mal and he smiles " of course I'd love to be your date" he kisses my forehead.

Blue POV
When both Danny and Derrick kissed my cheeks I almost did everything but melt physically. " don't be shy mama, you know you got it" Derrick says and I nodded. " I know it's hard but B you really do got it" Danny says and I blushed avoiding eye contact. " falling in love may not be bad, but I fell in love twice and I realized I don't want to fall in love" I confess to the boys and their eyes went to shock. " no?" Derrick ask and I shake my head. " I want to be in love" I decide. " that's new, okay what did you mean by that?" Danny ask and I sigh. " I want to be in love , meaning what you said earlier, I want to experience it, grow in it, walk in it and enjoy it, falling hints at loss of control and I don't want to lose control ever again" I say and Derrick nods " I want to consciously know exactly who I'm giving my love to and why" Danny continues my thought. " okay so why me?" I ask them both.

I really like the way the have with words I found them to be as charming as Eric, as aspect I truly enjoy. " it wasn't anything physical until after we got to know you, it was your view in life, the way the simple things made you smiled and how you viewed life, the way you saw life and lived your own, that's our why, but we clearly also love your intellect, your spirit is so raw and genuine there's no recreating it" Derrick says as Danny agrees. " B you so fine when you gone sit on my face?" Derrick blurts outs making me blush, man were these boys skilled with their tongues. " or at least eat it form the back or something" Danny adds on.

" Papa! Bubba!" I exclaim and they threw their hands up in protest. " hello sweetheart, I'm gonna need for you to readjust your crown, you bomb as hell and you deserve to to get ate from the back" Danny said and I scoff in shock. " I- I don't know what to say" I shake my head looking away. " you don't have to say anything Blue, just do, and when you do it, do you" Derrick says making me smile. Those brown eyes as they both stared at me. I reach out and grab both of their hands. I almost gave in, but almost isn't good enough, dropping their hands I pick up my bag. " I'm going to my room " I say softly before I walk off.

I want to move on with Danny and Derrick and I walk to be in love with them, I know I have love for them. " ughh why is this so hard for me?" I groan flopping on my bed. " because we're so used to a love where we're taken care of, but they just loved the idea of us, not sure if they actually knew how to love us" Bailey says and I pop my head up and see her and Truth in here together. " oh hey" I say now slightly embarrassed. " you guys don't have to be embarrassed me and my boys get it, you see us here waiting patiently, so we can be obsessed with you freely, we love you guy we aren't going to go away just because you're still healing when it seems your exes have moved on already, doesn't mean you have to force yourself to if you feel you aren't ready" The truth he spoke indeed.

I want to be my best self before I up and give myself to anyone again. I want to make sure I'm happy with myself before I try to get happiness from others. I have so much love for the boys and they know it, they called it out when I was still happily married, at least so I thought I was. That's a thing of the past now, I was currently dating myself trying to get back to the me in high school so free spirited and that knew what she stood and fell for. I was gonna miss her.
