after the 'fight' in the living area, calum met me in his room, as i asked. he told me what all went down, both of us ranting about luke's precious girlfriend, who incidentally wasnt even his girlfriend rather just a friend.

"i'm going to stay away from those two for awhile, and if i come into contact, i'll just smile." i noted, looking up to my fake boyfriend, who was laughing at me. "what?"

"you do realize he lives here and i'm not only his best mate, but also his bandmate."

and boy was he right, avoiding luke was harder than it had first seemed.

if i wanted to go to the restroom, he would easily come out of his room or worse, be in the bathroom itself.

if i got hungry or thirsty, sending cal down to the kitchen was my only choice. or the chances of running into one of them were against my favor, for sure.

it was aggravating, all i wanted was to not be around him or his girlfriend, so somehow i convinced michael to go shopping with me, and eventually got calum and ashton to join.

"hey luke, we're leaving, be sure to lock up, if you leave," ashton shouted, letting his daddy side out.

"wait, well are you guys going?" luke asked, walking out from the kitchen, shirtless.

my heart skipped a beat, yeah he was a bit on the lanky side, but he was just so toned.

"jade wanted to go shopping, so we all decided to tag along," michael answered for the rest of the boys.

"why didnt you think to ask me?" luke questioned, directing his attention to me.

"uh well," i debated being rude and saying because i didnt want him there, but that'd be a lie.

of course i wanted luke there, but the way he had been recently treating me and the boys was not going to fly with me.

"we just thought that you'd be hanging out with sophie, thas'all," calum covered, sending a smirk my way.

"well we were planning on going out tonight, do you mind if i come?"

all eyes were on me, it was actually my turn to answer something, i blurt out, "i'm not your mom, do what you want, just hurry."

with that, i quickly grabbed calum, pulling him to my car and getting in.

leaning over and cupping his hands around my ear, calum whispers, "el oh el."

luke had ended up just throwing some flip flops on and coming with us.

"i say we go to hot topic first, i'm in need of some new band tees," michael suggested.

"well i'm going to forever 21, y'all can just stick together and i'll met you there." i stated.

"can i go with you? i feel like strolling instead of shopping at the moment," luke asked me.

ugh why did he have to do this to me? why couldnt he just go with the guys, and leave me be?

"yeah, i guess."

once we left the boys, it was a quiet walk. i did not know how to act around him alone, the only time before this was in the entertainment room and we almost kissed.

"jade, can i ask you a question?" luke asked, breaking the silence that we held so long. i win.

"yeah, shoot."

"why dont you like sophie?"

what kind of question is that? i dont like her because: she's a bitch, she's using you for fame and the band for free shows.

"what? i dont not like her, she's cool."

"then what is it that makes you react the way you do?"

i stopped abrubtly in the middle if the walkway, "you have this whole thing twisted, dude."
