having a day off was the equivalence to finding a four leaf clover, one in a million and just a wish away. lucky enough for me, today was that one. i had my whole day clear of any meetings, photo shoots and/or the occasional 'random' appearance somewhere.

since it was my day off, i convinced michael to come out to lunch with me. ever since he and chloe's little date, he hadn't been around often, mostly always out with her, and it was no lie i missed him.

i was sitting outside of a small independent cafe waiting for my best friend, when none other than luke hemmings and calum hood walked out onto the patio.

"oh god, what're y'all doing here?" i smiled at the boys, getting up to give them hugs. "i was planning on going to see you guys after lunch."

"mike mentioned you two were having lunch and so we thought we make an appearance as well," calum states, placing a kiss on my cheek.

even on my days off, i was still working. having to make face with calum was fun none the less and it felt like a normal thing with him now, but it was getting old. kissing, holding hands, all the jazz and more.

"may we?" luke questioned, motioning towards the empty chairs, earning a simple nod from me.

once our waiter leaves, drink order in hand, michael appears right before us. a mix of happiness and surprise facial expression on his face, "you guys are here too?! i'm so happy!"

pushing my now empty plate, i continue to watch the boys eat when michael clears his throat, getting everyone to look his way.

"did you guys hear the huge news?"

"you and chloe are getting married in maui and all our fans are invited?" calum asked, catching his breath once the last word falls out of his mouth.

"no, not even close. sophie is one of the people giving out awards at teen."

teen choice awards was slowly approaching, that meant two things. one calum and i were breaking up a week before the awards, and two we'd all have to see sophie. when her and luke broke up, she blew up. not in a normal, talk about her here and there and eventually is top news, but instant overnight sensation.

she may not be presenting but everyone knew models, who helped give the awards out, were soon to be big names in the fashion world.

"i can't believe her and justin are supposably dating," michael says, getting a weird look or glare from the whole table. "what?"

"how in the name of all things holy, do you know that rumor?" i ask my friend, laughing between every other word. "like really though?"

"i keep up with all gossip, it's a passion of mine." he answers, smiling at the three of us.

"anyways, we should head back, ashton probably just realized we're all out," calum suggests scooting his chair back.

"i want to take ice cream over, anyone want to ride with me?" i question, grabbing my bag off my chair.

"i'm down, need to get some things," luke says, showing off that million dollar smile. "you boys need anything?"

"bring back some snacks, s'all."

we all say our goodbyes and head off in our separate ways.

haven't had inspiration for this so decided to put a filler and kind of give y'all an idea as to what's to come

Can't wait to write what happens at the awards v v soon. Have so many ideas for that HAHAHA
