It was two weeks after I had saved Silver from getting ran over by oncoming traffic from where he had been randomly tossed and honestly. I was bored.
I sighed. Maybe I should visit Silver again. See if he's okay. I know if I was yeeted into oncoming traffic as a one year old by god knows what I'd be scared.
I mean seriously when I called Amy and asked her about it she told me that it was 'Fine. Someone kidnapped Silver but we got him back. Don't worry about it Sonic.'
I huffed. Honestly. The kid was a nightmare on two legs. Amy was probably right. It's not like I was his uncle.
My ear flicked. I wasn't going to stop worrying until I went over there was I?
Fuck.
I groaned as I sat up and stretched. It's not like I even wanted to see the kid. He was Shadow's and Amy's little hellion.
Finally I walked to the door and opened it. I guess visiting wouldn't hurt.
I called Amy.
"Sonic?" She said sounding surprised.
"How's your little trouble maker?" I said before stretching my legs and preparing myself for the day.
"Silver? He's doing good. Why?" Amy asked.
"Because. I'm coming over to see em." I told her.
"What? This early in the morning, why?" Amy asked.
"Because." I answered.
I could practically sense the suspicion.
"Fine.. I'm worried okay? Something clearly happened and I want to make sure the little gremlin is alright." I answered huffily.
"Oh. Well. Come on over then." Amy chuckled.
"Alright see you in a second." I told her.
I then walked into the kitchen and put up a note for Tails.
'Hey Tails. I'm going over to Amy's to visit her and Shadow's tiny demon child.'
I smiled to myself after that and then I left. Running at full speed. I made it to Amy's in around maybe two minutes. Not my personal best but hey. They can't all be winners.
I knocked on the door and the first thing I heard was. "Soo!"
I laughed and then Amy opened the door and before I could even greet her the gremlin attached itself to my legs and stared up at me with a grin.
I snorted. "No chaos emerald for you tiny. Not after last time. Look you can play with this instead." I said as I casually tossed down a ring.
Silver of course. Stared at me like I was the king of Mobius.
I rolled my eyes at him and then I did my best to smile at Amy.
"So Amy how has it been?" I asked her before walking inside.
"Oh you know. Here and there." Amy said while going to make breakfast I assumed.
"Who kidnapped Silver?" I questioned before sitting down on the couch.
"Wolf!" Silver suddenly shouted.
Amy looked surprised but I looked at Silver.
"Wolf? You mean the guy who beat up your dad?" I asked.
Silver looked confused but then ran to go retrieve his crayons and paper.
I walked over and sat down as I watched him draw what merely looked like an adult him.
