...towards the still water in the throne room. Zora guards were floating beside him, their conch headed spears pointed at Link's head.

"Leave him be!"

Link looked to the edge of the small pool, where Endeavor was standing beside a tall, regal-looking Zora woman. "Forgive him, your Highness."

"For what?" the Queen asked, turning to Endeavor as the alarm began to pass. "By the fact that he's dressed in that armor means he has purged our Vault of the monster that lurked in it. The waters can run freely again. It seems we owe him our thanks."

"Then for startling you," Endeavor replied in a hushed tone, their eyes meeting Link's with no small amount of scolding.

"Link! Link! You made it!" Zelda raced up to the side of the pool. The guards parted, and let Link swim up to the princess as she approached. Link pulled himself out, dripping water everywhere.

Zelda smiled up at him, backing up a few steps as he stood up straight. "You were amazing."

"Well, looks like you're joining the locals." Link turned to Daniel. He said, "If you hadn't saved me back on the mountain, I would have been in there and skinning you for running off with the Princess like that. I still have half a mind to. What were you thinking?" The knight crossed his arms.

"I-" Link started.

"Daniel! How could you say something like that?" Zelda demanded.

Daniel replied, "He put you in danger, Princess."

"He did no such thing," Zelda retorted. "I led the expedition into the Vault. How was Link to say no to his Princess? He's a nameless after all. I'm sure he's used to having to say yes to orders without reason."

Zelda snapped her fingers. "That's it! Why, we're having so much trouble with getting you around Hyrule purely because you don't have a name." She turned to face Link. "That's a thing royalty can easily remedy." She faced Daniel and ordered, "Help Link get that green tunic outfit of his cleaned, and then find a place to sleep. I need to ask the Queen about borrowing her throne room."

With that, Zelda ran off after the Queen of the Zoras. Link turned to Daniel, who seemed just about as confused as Link was. The knight tilted his head, saying, "I...think she's going to name you."

"Really?" Link asked, not sure he'd been following at all.

"In that case, we ought to get you ready," Daniel said. He wrapped his arm over Link's shoulder. "Come on, we found the inn while you were fooling around in the Vault."

Daniel led Link back down the staircase to the lower pool. The inn was the only open-air building in Zora's Domain, tucked behind the central white waterfall. It suited that the building was called The White Waterfall as well, with a white stone carved logo hanging over the door.

Link set his gear down beside one still made bed. Daniel set his own gear down beside his bed. Link asked, "Where is..."

"Endeavor staying?" Daniel finished, as he worked on getting his armor off. "Them and Impa are having a feud in the room above us." He gestured to the ceiling. "Looking forward to escorting the Princess out of here and separating the two of them again."

Daniel asked, "Speaking of away, what's home for you? I mean, I know you're from Eveningale, but I'm not sure how a nameless lasted long with so many knights. Did you live at the Academy? Well...not in it, but in their quarters."
