Chapter 16- Audition Time Anyone?

I looked down at Cora she awoke with the noise if the speaker.  She smiled “that’s you!”  Her excitement rubbed off slightly onto me because a insta-smile plastered my face as we got up.  Taking her hand into mine we walked behind mom and Wes.  Drew caught up to us “you ready bro?”  I could tell he was and super exited to.  We chatted a bit about the audition until we got to a room. 

We were interviewed about ourselves our band and other stuff like that.  It was pretty cool because the guy said if we ever get famous this will be our first official interview.  We were then led behind stage.  Cora and mom were already their and staring out onto the giant illuminated stage.  A big audience cheered as a lady finished her audition.  I tuned out the comments from the judges as Drew, Wes and I huddled together. 

“K make sure you are nice and personable they don’t want any shyness.” Wes was looking at me.  I smiled big and goofy “what im the cooliest with famous people and huge crowds.”  Drew smacked me on the back.  “Lets do this kids,” Drew said.  I turned to Cora and she kissed me.  Straight on the lips.  Everyone was watching.

“Ooooh I saw this one coming,” Wes said laughing as a lady handed me a microphone.  A flash of reality hit me.  We were doing this.

Cora’s POV

The boys ran out on stage and were amazing.  Especially Keaton.  They got 3 yesses and were heading for boot camp in two weeks. 

They ran of stage cheering and laughing.  They all hugged and their mom ran in congratulating them.  I stood off to the side giving them their moment until Drew ran up to me and lifted me up and spun around then carried me to the others.  He then gave me to Wes.  “Ahh set me down you guys,” I laughed.  Wes smiled at me.  “No I know a place you would rather be then the ground,” he winked and gave me to Keaton.  “What is this hot potato human style?” I asked.  Keaton laughed and I opened my mouth to say something but Keaton’s lips crashed into mine.

He pulled away smiling.  “Since this is the best day ever and I have a huge rush of confidence right now, Cortina Quinn will you be my girlfriend.  Official girlfriend.” 

I did not expect that. At all.  But since it was Keaton I decided to play around for a bit.

“Umm any other offers?” I looked around the room.  “Ohh do you need some ice to apply to that burn.” Drew teased.  I turned all my attention to Keaton.  “I would love to.”

With that he set me down grabbed my hand and walked out of the building with my official amazing X Factor Contestant boyfriend.

I am so sorry i havnt uploaded for a while been busy but hope u like it its kinda short but whatever i wanted to end thier
