Zayn - since the break up it was kind of awkward when you met up with the one direction lads; yes you two said you should stay friends, but it never ends up like that, so now every time you see each other you would just awkwardly wave and then not speak.
You were invited to a small pool party they were hosting (well they called it a party, it was just them, Sophia, you and Zayns new girlfriend) of course they spared that minor detail until you had walked through the door and had no where to hide.
Though that may sound an exaggeration it was true, as you walked through the door you were greeted by four smiling faces; scarily smiling faces.
"Hi" you said at their weirdness.
"Now y/n we have something to say" Louis began slamming the door and locking it behind him
"what have you done" you groaned sitting on the counter top
"Well, you see, what we've done-" liam started making niall laugh
"Pfft, we? You!" He scoffed redirecting the blame knowing how scary you can be if angry.
"Sophia!" Liam shouted raising him hands in defends, also being scared by you "Sophia did it" he continued in a calmer voice knowing you would hurt your best friend.
"Get to the point" you stated growing impatient
"Sophiaaccidentallyinvitedzaynsnewgirlfriend" Liam said quickly hoping you wouldn't hear him properly.
"What." You spat
"Sophia was talki-" harry said slowly
"No I get that, but, I mean it's only been a month.. He's already moved on?" You asked weakly slouching on the counter top, your confidence going from 10 to 0 really quickly. "After our three year relationship it only took a month?" You whimpered crossing your legs to your chest feeling so small
"Darling don't pin this on yourself. We think she's just someone he found who he thought would get his mind off you" Niall said going to hug you.
"But, he's bringing her to things with you guys and he can't of known her that long. It took him four months to introduce me to you guys" you whispered as tears began to fall from your eyes, usually you would stop them to ensure you didn't smudge your make up but you weren't wearing any today.. Perhaps if you had known she would be here you might have put some effort in.
"Trust me. Once you meant her you'll know she's nothing special" Louis whispered so Zayn and whats-her-face wouldn't hear you guys. "Now get out that hot body of yours and show him what he's missing" Louis shouted running to the pool and bombing into it.
As you took of your cover up and looked in the mirror at yourself in your bikini you questioned if you could do this, were you ready to meet Zayns new girlfriend? No. You thought to yourself, but still, you picked your clothes off of the floor and left Niall's bathroom, as you did you heard a voice you didn't recognise - probably hers.
"Yeah I got 20k off of him yesterday, if I keep at it I may not need to work for a few years" you heard her say excitedly.
"What?" You whispered to yourself
"No he doesn't know, he's too distracted by his ex I think. He still loves her see and he's trying to use me to get her off his mind" damn louis why do you always have to be right? "But I don't mind as that means whatever I want, I get" she laughed.

Louis - Since you and Louis broke up you had been trying to occupy yourself as much as possible so you wouldn't think of him. Your friend y/f/n, decided to take you on a shopping trip; as per usual she was dressed in something trendy, usually you would attempt to join her fashion wise but today you were just feeling jeans and a zip up hoodie.
You strolled through the city with your sunglasses on and your hood up in hope no paparazzi would see you as 'Louis tomlinson's ex after the break up' would be the perfect target for them.
"That's nice" your friend stated stopping in front of a window
"Yeah" you said looking at the display then into the shop behind. You saw a familiar looking boy with scruffy hair and a baggy jumper on. Shit.
"Let's go in" your friend said walking towards the door
"Let's not" you said walking in the other direction
"What wh-" you friend began to question but she was interrupted by someone calling your name
"Y/n! Y/n wait" shouted the happy voice, your footsteps slowed and you sighed before turning around to him.
"Hi lou" you smiled but then corrected yourself from calling him by the nickname you gave him "-is, lou-is Louis" you repeated
"Haha hey. How've you been?" He asked squinting his eyes from the sun
"Oh, erm great" you said feeling the awkwardness in the cool air "yourself?"
"Yeah-" he began but was cut off by a young and tall girl joining him and interlocking their arms.
"Hello" she smiled smugly
"Hi erm, Louis who's this?" You asked fearing the worst. You looked this skinny and beautiful girl up and down, she was decked out in designer clothes with a diamond necklace and a Louis Vuitton handbag to top it off.
"Oh this is my girlfriend Tina" he muttered
