~
Reaching back his house after that steamy evening, the whole night he was thinking about that one thing.
He knew it was wrong, but it felt so right. He knew it was supposed to disgust him and make him hate her somehow but it felt all opposite. He felt all those tinglings in his stomach when he thought about it.
He had kissed a lot of girls which he couldn't even count on fingers but damn this girl was just something else.
His nights were not disturbed by any chick he kissed. The moment he tried to close his eyes, he couldn't even help but think about that steamy moment. He could see them kissing each other passionately.
It was so wrong
He knew thatNot that he regretted it though. He fucking missed those lips on his at that point. He never thought of that girl more than an enemy, but now he kinda did.
He was simply scared. Scared of that moment when his father knows. Whatever happens, they could hide as much, but they just can't hide like that for a lifetime can they?
No.
His father would know that someday, and that day would be the day he ends. He honestly wanted to be the one who tells his dad this all by himself, he couldn't even imagine someone else or worst the media telling their dads this.
He somewhat knew that she felt the same. Even though they were the hardest enemies, their dads were awfully similar. They could just go to any extent to destroy each other.
They expected both of them to do the same and what were they doing? Going on dates to a zoo and kissing each other romantically in a car?
Yes exactly. He knew his dad would be disappointed someday. Someday he would know what he did. Not like he was not scared though.
He entered his house, all tired and lost thinking about this one thing.
He didn't even see a presence in the dark at that point." Nathan, you home?" a feminine voice, in her late 50's spoke softly, approaching the boy slowly.
" Yes mom, I am here." cutting off the battle with his mind, he gave his mom a smile, telling her that he was just okay. His mom worried a lot. Just too much than an average mom he guessed.
She always gave him tons of calls if he was a minute late of whatever time he gave. Classic moms?
" Ahh I am glad." his mom chuckled, patting his back.
Whenever he got scoldings from his dad when he was little, he just sat quietly beside her and hugged her without any voice and cried till the time he felt okay. The day when his dad called him things, he remembered his mom knocking the door after every minute.
His mom was one of those people with whom sleep paralysis didn't mind him." See, I didn't get into a car accident." the fact was that she didn't trust him with his driving. She wanted him to take the driver everywhere because she just simply thought that he would end up in an accident and hurt himself.
" I never said that." liar.
He chuckled, looking at her relieved smile.
He knew it was the day that demon would haunt him at night. He was too scared to take that all alone and Felix was just out of option at that time. They both stayed quiet for sometime, hearing the clouds shouting loudly outside, showing their anger to Nathaniel.
" Mom?" he whispered as softy as he could.
" Yes Nathan."
" Would you mind sleeping in my room tonight? " it was rarely ever he asked her for a favour but there were just a lot of things happening lately and he just knew it would happen today. He didn't want to get through that alone.
