Eleven

Jasper stood in the room looking at Brandi's body. He was waiting for her to wake up. It's been three days and he hasn't left Brandi nor Chelsea since he almost lost them both. Hearing a faint heart beat, Jasper looked at the blonde who laid on the table and smiled. "Jasper?"

"Hey, darlin'." He says as she raised up to meet Jasper in front of her.

Brandi smiled as he touched her face. "Where's Chelsea?"

"Asleep." He says. "I just laid her back down."

Brandi started crying causing Jasper to hug her. She came close to dying and her daughter did too. She couldn't leave Jasper behind. "I thought we left you."

"I was never going to let you go that easy." Jasper said with a smirk. "They have Chelsea. Let's go hunt."

Brandi nodded as they left together.

In the woods, Jasper watched Brandi feed. She seemed to be tamed with her thirst. Something he would have never thought of. Brandi looked at Jasper and walked over to him. She wrapped her arms around his neck and leaned up to kiss him. Jasper smiled into the kiss as he held her. He knew he wanted more, but he couldn't do that to her till he knew she was ready.

Brandi moved back and smiled at him. "I love you."

"I love you." He says kissing her again. "You missed a lot in the three day period and you may not like what happened earlier."

"What?"

"Edward saved Bella."

Brandi rolled her eyes as she looked at him. "From this day forward, we let Carlisle handle this mess. We have a daughter at home who will need her mom and dad more than us dealing with Bella Swan situation. I may not have met her yet, but she doesn't involve us."

"You're right, Brandi." He tells her.

"Was you wanting more?" Jasper nodded. "Oh." She replies. "I'm sorry, it's just that..."

"I know, but we can do it slow." He says. "We can touch each other up to that point when you are ready."

Brandi bit her lips as she looked at him with a nod. She never thought of that, but she might trust him enough to move on with her life. She can't be afraid anymore. Because of Jasper, she was able to trust a guy again. Someone that she actually knows loves her. "Jasper, before we go home, can we try that?"

"That's if you want too."

"I want to do everything with you, Jasper. I just need your help to see if I'm ready."

"I have eternity with you, Brandi. We have all the time in the world."

Brandi smiled as she hugged him. "I really do love you."
