The rest of the book will be written in the past tense and third person. These chapters are also quite short.
Jet, Hide, Toph, Aang, Luya, On Ji and Katara are all in their junior year of High School (Y11 in the UK) and Zuko, Azula, Sokka, Suki, Yue, Ty Lee, Yarla and Mai are all in their senior year of High School (Y12 in the UK).
Each chapter follows a different main character; it will switch between Katara, Toph, Aang, Zuko, Sokka, Suki and occasionally switch to On Ji and Yarla's.

These are the four houses in ATLA High : Drákon (red house/ fire nation) Fengaró (blue house / water tribe) Asvón (green house/ earth kingdom) and Vísonas (white house / air acolytes). School houses are when school students are split into subunits and each student is allocated to one house.
