Katara forgave Zuko, but that didn't mean she had regained her trust in him. He was the sweetest guy she had ever dated, but he had also cheated on her. Not on purpose, but it still counts as being disloyal. The girl who had kissed Zuko was still a mystery. Yarla and Aang figured it was Maya, and for a few days, Kat thought so too, until she saw Miss Joo-dee handling a short auburn wig under her desk.
Kat knew she was in charge of the school play, so was bound to be carrying wigs around, but she also knew Miss Joo-dee was a creep.
"Miss," Katara said after class. "Is it all right if I ask you something?"
"Sure." Miss Joo-dee put on a very freaky smile.
"Did you kiss my boyfriend?" Kat asked hastily. At this point, there was no doubt she was going crazy.
"What?" Miss Joo-dee's eyes widened.
"Did you kiss Zuko?"
Miss Joo-dee rose from her chair. "How dare you accuse me of such a thing?" she boomed and Katara took a step back, petrified. "But yes I did."
What just happened. "So, you're admitting to kissing my boyfriend, and letting Suki get the blame?" Katara managed.
"Sounds about right," Miss Joo-dee mumbled, sitting back down.
"Why?" Katara asked, disgusted. She was sure she was hallucinating, but just to be sure, she pinched herself. She was not hallucinating.
"Because Suki stole Carlos from me. I was sure he had feelings for me, but now I hear they are dating. At the time, she let him touch her shoulder! I just wanter her to get what she deserved," Miss Joo-dee tried to explain.
Immediately, Katara felt faint. "Miss, if someoen finds out about this, you could get fired from your job and be arrested for being a pedophile," Katara said and Miss Joo-dee got up dramatically.
"I'm sure that won't happen, because you, Katara, will not tell anyone. Isn't that right?" Miss Joo-dee snarled.
Without thinking twice, Katara frantically sprinted out of the classroom and into the halls, ready to tell everyone. After all, scandals at this school were endless...
