I'll Never Forget You

WILD ONE

Kol ran out of the car and hugged Davina. I slowly got out of the front seat making my way towards them.

"Thanks," I said looking around. I didn't know where  the witches went but I still wanted to keep a close eye out.

"You're Caroline." She smiled. She was a young and beautiful girl. "Nice to meet you." She extended her hand.
"You are Davina, I take it by the look on Kol's face." I chuckled.

"Guys can we save the reunion for back at the mansion..." said Hayley still shook up from what just happened.

"She's right, let's go." As Kol took Davinas hand leading us back to the car. I hopped in the back with Hayley while Kol and Davina took the front.

"And not a word to my brother about what took place just now." Kol commented very seriously. He knew if Klaus found out about what happened here a fight would break out between them. I didn't know how to feel about keeping this from Klaus, but I also didn't want want to be on Kols bad side either. At least I knew Klaus would be more forgiving when it came to me.

"How did you know where we were." Kol turned to Davina.

"Marcel called and told me you guys were around town and to keep a look out just incase."

Typical Nik, always keeping tabs and barking orders." Kol muttered.

We arrived back at the mansion. I opened the back door of the car to get out. Klaus stormed out the front door with Elijah following closely behind.

"I should tear your liver out Kol!" Klaus shouted making his way toward Kol.

"I'd like to see you try." Kol challenged stepping forward.

"Enough!!!" Elijah vamp sped inbetween them. "Kol inside.... Now."

Kol made his way past Elijah slowly staring right at Klaus. I was so scared, things could have got really ugly between Klaus and Kol.

"Now if you all will please go inside so we can discuss this further." Elijah ordered as he glared at us.

Klaus's jaw was clenched as he mowed his way past the doorway into the lounge room.
"What were you thinking!" Klaus fumed to Hayley.
"Taking my child out into the open without my consent!"

"Let's get one thing straight Klaus! I am not your prisoner or property! Hayley shouted back.

"No you aren't my property but you are carrying ONE of the things I care about dearly." His voice calmed as he glanced over at me.

"It's fine Klaus." I smiled trying to lighten up the mood. "Kol was with us and kept us safe." I looked over towards him for reassurance. "Right Kol." Giving him the eye.

"Yea, everything was alllllll fine and dandy." As he crossed his arms staring at Klaus.

"Caroline a word please." Klaus said. We exited the lounge room and went into another room off to the side. He shut the door and turned around to look at me.

"You know you should really learn to control your temper, Kol and Hayley didn't deserve that. Kol was doing us a favor because he knew you would be upset if we went out on our own." I sighed as I leaned against the dresser.

"Caroline you are under my watch and care, if anything was to ever happen to you I dont think I could ever forgive myself." He moved  his way over to me, placing the back of his hand against my cheek. I closed my eyes and felt his soft touch, when I opened them back up his eyes were on mine as he leaned in, my breath was trembling as he drew closer.

"Niklaus, Marcel needs to..." Elijah pausing seeing he was interrupting a moment. "Excuse me I didn't mean to intrude."  He said intrigued.

I moved away from Klaus," No no Elijah you're fine Klaus was just leaving." Klaus just lowered his head and walked off past Elijah through the door.
