To say Bonnie and Vincent weren't frustrated with me and my untamed powers is an understatement. Apparently I had elemental control without knowing it. Fire is the last of the elements and according to them the most dangerous to control because its fueled off emotions.... Anger, passion, desire.
I was already a control freak so you can imagine how pissed I was trying to control it.
"Bonnie I burnt a hole through the living room floor and almost caught the backyard on fire."
"Caroline if you can't get it under control it will come out regardless, now try again." Bonnie ordered.
I stood in front of the candle and stared at it, I closed my eyes focusing hard and opened them, nothing had happened.
Vincent walked up to me and stood behind me, he raised my hands to the side of the candle "Close your eyes Caroline, I want you to think of something that provokes an intense feeling and lock in on it."
I listened to what he said and thought about what Mikael had did to me, tears fell across my cheeks and when I opened my eyes the flame lit. "I did it!!!"
Then heard a loud pop as the candle exploded causing everyone to duck.
"Wow impressive." Kai came out with a bag of pork rinds. "But she shouldn't be learning how to light candles. What she needs to learn is how to transfer her powers." He smiled.
"What?" I said.
"Pyrokinesis Caroline duh...." He sarcastically said.
I rolled my eyes at his stupid remark.
"Here watch this." He tossed the bag of pork rinds at me and walked to the pit where the Mikaelsons had a bonfire area. He closed his eyes and raised his hands and with ease lit the whole pit turning back to smile at me.
I scoffed "Okay... showoff."
"But wait... there's more." He sang as he thrusted his hands forward shooting the fire outwards then extinguished it.
"How?... How did you do that?" I asked shocked.
"Magic." He replied snatching his pork rinds walking back into the house.
Bonnie walked up to me fast "Care you dont want Kai teaching you. You need patience and practice." She warned.
"Bonnie what I need to do is shoot out fire like that."
"In time Caroline, learn to channel and control first or else you will burn this whole place down and everyone in it." Vincent replied.
"Ugh fine.." I grunted impatiently. I hated not being able to get something down. I walked in and saw Kai with Rebekah, Klaus and Kol.
"How did your little session go." Rebekah teased.
Kai laughed "It went great by this next fourth of July she will be able to light the fireworks."
I gave Kai a not so nice look after he finished that remark, but Rebekah found it hilarious.
"Maybe you should give her a hand then witch." Kol chimed in.
"I tried but apparently my skill set is to advanced for their liking." Kai said amused.
"Can you... teach me?" I asked.
His face flashed a smile "If you reeeealllllyy want me to Caroline, then yes I will."
I looked at Klaus as he looked at me. "If you think this to be a game where you can unleash your foolery I'd rather not entertain this idea set forth before me."
