I'll Never Forget You

THINKING OUT LOUD

These 3 days passed so fast, my mom was leaving today and as much fun as we had I knew I was going to miss her.

"Liz may I borrow you for a little chat." Klaus asked while she was finishing packing.

"Sure." She replied.

I smiled as I saw them walkaway. I was just happy these past days went as good as they did.

"I know you're departing in a few hours and I wanted to ask for your blessing."

"My blessing on?" Confused by his remark.

"For Carolines hand in marriage." He stood there anxiously awaiting what she would say.

Liz was taken back by his response but thought long and hard. "You promise to protect her?"

"I promise...." He said gently

"Yes then you have my blessing." She smiled.

Klaus's eyes lit up and I could tell something was up by how my mom was acting when she came back in.

"You two seem like you're up to something." I teased.

"He was just thanking me for coming sweetie." My mom smiled as she looked at Klaus her eyes beginning to water.

"What's wrong mom?"

"Nothing Caroline, just gonna miss you thats all."

"I'm gonna miss you too mom."

We made sure all her things were packed and ready to go. She said goodbye to the Mikaelson family and got into the car with Klaus, Elijah and myself. The drive was quick and we made it to the airport, I kissed her goodbye.

"Remember Caroline, what we talked about ok. This is your life to live no one else's." She took my face into her hands.

We said our last goodbyes and headed back home. I had alot to think about and needed to make my decision.

I walked into the mansion with Klaus and Elijah when Elijah stopped me " Your mother is very pleasant Caroline." He said.

"She's rough around the edges at first but once she lets you in you're good." I noted

"Caroline a word please." Klaus asked.

We walked over to the library room. "Have you given any thought about staying in New Orleans?" He pressed against the desk next to me.

"I have..... and I've decided to stay.. I'll put college on hold for now till things settle."

"You can go to college next semester Caroline, here. I'll send Josh and Davina with you." He replied.

"You can't make them go to college to keep an eye out on me." I giggled.

"Well Davina will enjoy it and Joshua could learn a thing or two." He chimed in.

I just smiled and grabbed his hand.

"Then its settled Caroline... you're relocating here?"

"Yes I am." Kissing him.

His smile was ear to ear as he picked me up and sat me on top of the desk. He began kissing me softly on my neck and chest as I wrapped my legs around him.

"Klaus your brothers are right outside." I breathed kissing him wildly.

"Then you'll have to be quiet." He raised his eyebrow lifting my dress pulling me into him. I started to unfasten his belt as he gripped me tightly caressing his lips softly across my neck.

"Nik did you?" Kol began but stopped as he saw what was going on.

"Doesn't anyone bloody knock in this home." Klaus growled.
