I'll Never Forget You

IT'LL BE OKAY

Klaus and Elijah made it to the Bayou with Rebekah, Marcel trickled in with Vincent Kai and Jackson right behind. They got out of the SUV looking like they had slaughtered a whole city.

"Where's Kols car? Rebekah questioned. You could hear the worry in her tone.

"They should have been here already." Klaus said looking around for any sign of them.

"Ill check the chamber." Jackson  took off down only to come back up with no sign of Caroline or Kol.

Klaus called Kols cell but there was no answer so he left a voicemail. "Kol where are you? Call me back immediately." He hung up and began to call Caroline, but there was no answer also. "Caroline please tell me you're alright, im worried... call me back soon love." Elijah could sense that Klaus was growing impatient.

"Vincent can you do a locator spell to track them?" Elijah asked.

"Yea ill need your blood Klaus to track both." Vincent began to pull out a map from the vehicle as Klaus slit is palm to fill a container.

Vincent poured the blood in a one spot off to the corner and closed his eyes waving his hands over the map. He mumbled under his breath repeatedly till the blood began to move like a river through a forest till it stopped.

"There... Kol and Caroline should be around there." He replied.

"Why on earth would Kol take her to those woods." Elijah turned to Klaus.

"I havent a clue, something must have happened for him to deter away from our plan.. lets go." Klaus and the Mikaelsons all got into the SUV and sped off toward the location Vincent gave them while the others fled behind.

"It will all work itself out Niklaus, Kol would never put her in harms way." Elijah told his brother trying to offer some sort of comfort for Klaus's racing mind.

"It's not him I'm worried about putting her in harms way." He responded.

They arrived to the area and got out glancing around for Kols car. "Where the bloody hell are they." Rebekah asked frustrated.

"They are around here somewhere, spread out and search." Marcel told her.

They went into the woods rummaging through shrubs and woods calling out for Kol and Caroline.

"I found them!" Vincent shouted. They all ran over to his direction and saw Kols car smashed by the tree.

Kol was unconscious and still stuck. "Oh my god!" Rebekah cried out

Klaus and Elijah removed the door as they struggled to free Kol.

"Where's Caroline?" Klaus stood furious.

"We will find her brother take Marcel and Jackson to search we will stay here with Kol." Elijah ordered as he put Kol on the ground.

Klaus took the other two and searched "Caroline!" He called out making his way through the area when he stopped, his face in disbelief. He vamp sped over to a lifeless body laying on the floor, it was Caroline.

"No, no..no.. no!" He yelled as he lifted her head ripping his flesh open on his wrist with his teeth to try and heal her but she wasnt drinking. Her eyes were closed as she laid in a pool of her own blood.

Klaus let out a scream as he held her tightly against his chest rocking back and forth. Jackson and Marcel ran up to see Klaus distraught holding Carolines limp body.

Marcel couldnt stand by and idly watch the person he looked up to suffer so he approached Klaus and slowly put his hand on his shoulder causing Klaus to turn violently swatting it away "Leave me!" He shouted as his hybrid eyes flashed.

Marcel backed away as Klaus picked up Caroline carrying her to where Elijah and Rebekah were her arms were sprawled out and her head tilted back exposing the gash on her throat Mikael gave her.

Out of the woods Klaus emerged in plain view for Elijah and Rebekah to see, he had no emotion.

"Brother." Elijah sped over to him shocked.

Klaus just looked at Elijah stone faced and continued to walk past him. He opened the backseat door to the SUV and got in placing Caroline across his lap.

Rebekah was holding Kol and crying as Marcel tried to comfort her. Klaus stared at Caroline brushing the hair from her face kissing her forehead. He placed his hand on her stomach as he began to weep. Elijah turned away unable to see his brother in so much pain, everyone stood still no one was prepared for this and out of everything this was worst case scenario for the Mikaelsons next to something happening to Hope.  Klaus gently moved out of the vehicle resting Carolines head on the seat and pulled out his phone.

He stood there with this blank stare like he was about to lose his mind any second. He pressed the phone against his ear and waited.

"I see you have found the present I left for you..... poor girl, looked everywhere for you before I slit the life right out of her." Mikael said.

Klaus didnt flinch at his words "I'm going to kill all of you, mark my words. And you Mikael, you will suffer and beg to be put out of your misery when I'm through with you." Klaus growled low as he hung up.

"Nik please! Don't do anything stupid, Mikael wants you to come furious and raging in hopes your emotions will get the best of you." Rebekah begged.

"You know nothing of what I am going through!" He shouted back at her.

Elijah put his hand out to try and calm Klaus "Brother we empathize with you Rebekah is only concerned. We want revenge just as much as you do but we cannot act on pure rage."

Klaus sped up to Elijahs face closely staring into his eyes "Because you all think the evil Klaus Mikaelson will spiral..... turn what little humanity he has left off."

Elijah worried about the tone Klaus was using, he could tell his brother was on a dangerous ledge when it came to his sanity.

Klaus grabbed Elijah hard by the back of his neck and whispered in his ear "I do not care about your empathy nor am I going to reason with any of you. For now brother.....I am going to bury my wife and unborn child."

Elijah stared at Klaus and could see the pain behind his eyes before he walked away and got in the car speeding off.

"Do you think he will be ok?" Marcel asked.

"I do not know..." Elijah replied as they watched Klaus disappear off into the distance.
