Claire's POV
I took my suitcase down stairs and then I took Zealand's suitcase down stairs. I got the diaper bag ready and set it on the couch and got Zealand ready for the day.
Ezra put our bags in his truck and I carried Zealand to Ezra's car and put him in his carseat. I hugged my mom and then she hugged Ezra and Zealand
"Have a great week in Hawaii" she says and I get in Ezra's car and blow a kiss to her.
We start driving to the airport and Ezra parks the car and we go inside the airport and place our suitcases on the luggage checker and we go through the security and then we wait for our suitcases. We grab our luggage and wait to go on the airplane. We get on and sit down in our seats. Zealand looks out the window as we take off
"Fwy?" he asks and I nod
"Yes, we are gonna fly in the airplane" I tell him and he smiles and puts his hands on the window and puts his face against it. We eat our dinner and Zealand goes to sleep about 2 hours in to the flight.
I fall asleep on Ezra's arm and a couple hours later Zealand wakes me up
"Mama, here" he says
"Huh?" I ask and I look up to see that everyone was getting off and Ezra smiles at me
"Well good morning sleepy head" he says "well technically it's night time" he says and I stand up
"When did Zealand wake up?" I ask him, picking Zealand up
"About 12:30" he says "he didn't sleep as well as you" he laughs
"It's 1:45" I tell him
"Yeah, only about 6 hours in the air" he says and we get off the plane and grab our luggage. We take an uber to our hotel and we go inside. We get the key to our room and Zealand was going crazy riding the luggage
"I don't know how I'm gonna get this kid to sleep" I tell Ezra who was pulling Zealand on the luggage to our room
"He'll get tired" he assures me and I look at my crazy boy and I just laugh.
We get to the room and I throw my bag on the big bed
"I get this bed" I say
"Why do you get the big bed?" He says and I shrug
"I called dibs" I tell him and I stick my tongue out at him and he sticks his tongue out back.
I get Zealand in his white fuzzy pjs and I get in the matching pair while Ezra just sleeps in his boxers. I set Zealand's portable crib up and I rock him to sleep. It was way tougher putting him down then I thought, but I eventually get him to sleep. I finally get him to sleep.
The next morning Ezra takes a picture of me and Zealand in our matching pjs while we check out the nice view of the beach (above). We go down to the lobby and go to the diner in the hotel. I put Zealand in the booster seat and he sits next to me in the booth while Ezra sits across from us.
After breakfast, we go to the beach and I set Zealand on the sand and he starts playing with his beach toys that I brought in his diaper bag. I sun tan while I watch the Ezra and Zealand dig in the dirt. Eventually, Zealand ends up burying Ezra in the sand, which makes me laugh
"Are you getting him Zealand?" I ask him and he jusy smiles at me and continues putting dirt on Ezra, I just enjoy the view of my favorite boys playing and having fun together.
