Claire's POV
I woke up to my baby boy screaming his lungs out
"Mama!" He screams as he kicks in his crib
"Hold on, love" I say, rolling out of bed. I pick him up and change his diaper "today is mama's birthday" I tell him and he smiles
"Mama day?" He asks and I nod
"Yes, mama is 18 today" I tell him, I change him into his green dino shirt and tan shorts. I brush his hair and I put my hair in a ponytail. We go downstairs and I get attacked by Scott and Alice.
"Happy birthday Sissy" they say and I put Zealand down
"Thank you" I tell him and mom sets her special birthday pancakes on the table for me
"Happy 18th birthday" she says and I smile
"Thank you mom" I tell her and I sit down and put Zealand on my lap and I blow out the candles
"Did you make a wish?" Scott asks me
"I have everything I could ever want" I say, hugging my baby "I have nothing to wish for" I add
"Aww" Alice says and I smile.
Eileen picks me up and we go out for lunch. We go to Chick fill a, just me and her... No kids!
"So, where's Ezra taking you tonight?" Eileen asks me with a devilish smile and I smile
"I don't know, he said it was a surprise" I tell her and she frowns
"Well thats no fun" she pouts and I laugh
"It is for me, I love surprises" I tell her and she smiles
"Did you love the surprise of looking at that pregnancy test?" She asks and I smile
"Yes, because now I have an adorable little boy" I say and she shrugs
"I agree, Zealand is a cutie" she says
"So is Neo" I add and she nods
"Yes, he's a butt head but he's adorable" she says smiling and I laugh
"They can be butt heads" I agree and she laughs
"But cute butt heads" she says and I laugh
"There are cute butt heads?" I say and she shrugs
"Well yeah, I gave birth to one" Eileen says, we both burst out laughing
"Me too, sis, me too" I say and we start cry laughing.
After lunch, I go home and chill with Z until Ezra calls and asks if I was ready for my surprise, I reply yes. He comes over and I get in his truck after I say goodbye to Zealand of course.
We go to a fancier style of restaurant and I laugh as he starts talking fancy to me. After dinner, we go outside and sit on his car and watch the sunset.
"I got you a present" he says and I smile
"You didn't have to get me anything" I say and he pulls out a small box from his back pocket. I open it and I find a beautiful necklace that has a picture of Zealand in it and his birthday engraved on it "it's beautiful" I tell him and I hug him
"Just in case you forget his birthday" he jokes and I laugh
"This is the best birthday ever and I'm so glad I get to be with you on it" I say and he helps me put the necklace on and I kiss him under the sunset.
