The next day, June 24th
Claire's POV
Zealand got up bright and early the next day, he was so excited to play outside in the sand again. I got him in his swimsuit and we walked to the beach. I put his baby sunscreen on and he sat in the sand and Ezra sat down next to him and I sat in the chair and sun bathed again, I wanted a nice Hawaii tan by the time we leave Hawaii.
Zealand started pushing sand on Ezra, but this time, Ezra stood up and made Zealand chase him around the beach as Zealand ran after him with sand in his hands, laughing his tiny lungs out. I just watched them play and sun bathed.
"Get him Zealand" I shouted at him and he just ran after him and threw sand at him
"Don't enourage him" Ezra said, running away
"Sand monster" I yelled "come on, Z, get him" I was encouraging my 1 year old to throw sand at my boyfriend... Was I a bad mom? Nah, he's having fun and so is Ezra, so it was ok.
I cleaned Zealand up, he had sand EVERYWHERE and so did Ezra. I grabbed Zealand's hand and we walked back to the hotel. I gave Zealand a bath and Ezra took a shower while I turned Cocomelon on and calmed Zealand down.
I took a shower and fed Zealand some dinner and then Ezra and I ate. I turned Cocomelon off and rocked Zealand to sleep, he played all day, so he went to bed faster than yesterday. I kissed his forehead and put him in his crib, then I got in bed and Ezra climbed in bed with me
"Wanna watch some YouTube" he asks and I smile
"Sure" I tell him and he takes his airpods out and hands me one. I put it in and we cuddle and watch YouTube before bed.
