Claire's POV
I did it! I finally am becoming a graduate!
I got ready for graduation. I got Zealand dressed and ready for the ceremony and I go down stairs for breakfast.
"Happy graduation day" my mom says and Alice and Scott repeat her
"Thanks, I'm so excited" I say as I put Zealand in his highchair. Ezra calls me and asks if I wanted to ride with him to graduation and I say yes.
"Can you bring Zealand with you? I have to be there early" I ask my mom and she nods
"That wouldn't be a problem" she says and I hug her and kiss Zealand's head and then I grab my bag and go outside.
I get in the passenger seat of Ezra's car and Eileen sticks her out of the back seat
"What are you doing here?" I ask her and she shrugs
"Ezra asked if we all wanted to go together and I said yes... So here I am" she says and I laugh "my mom is gonna bring Neo" she adds
"My mom is bringing Zealand" I tell her and I buckle up. We go to the school and Ezra parks
"Couldn't you have parked closer" Eileen jokes
"There isn't any parking spots up there ms. smarty pants" he says and I laugh
"Well sorry I just don't wanna walk all the way to the school" Eileen says
"Do you need a stroller?" Ezra asks her
"That would be nice" she says
"Come on or we are gonna be late" I say, opening the door
"Yeah yeah" Eileen says "your dumb fiancee just happens to park in the middle of nowhere" she adds
"Well I'm sorry" he says
"I do not accept your apology" Eileen says, getting out of the car. We walk into the school and see alot of people already finding there seats. A teacher greets us
"Hello" she says "hurry and get your cap and gown on in the back" she adds, pointing to the back
"Thank you" I say and we make our way back there
"It sure is crowded" Eileen says and I agree
"Here's yours" I say, handing Eileen her cap and gown
"Thanks, I'll meet you out there" she says and she walks to the bathroom to change
I change and into my blue cap and gown and then I make my way to the line of graduates. I stand behind Eileen and Ezra. The principal welcomes everyone and makes a long speech and finally calls us to our seats.
We walk to our seats in a line while everyone claps and I see Zealand clapping and standing on the bleachers. They call us up one by one to get our diplomas and they finally call my name
"Claire Hayes is a wonderful girl who always got straight A's in her class, even after she had her son, Zealand Hayes" the principal says and hands me my diploma, I see Zealand looking at my mom and her nodding as they clap.
After the graduation, we all stand up and throw our caps as we all take a bow. I go and find my mom in the crowd
"Hey baby, you look so gorgeous in your cap and gown" she says and I smile, showing it off
"Thanks, I wanna go outside and take some pictures with Zealand" I tell her and she nods and gives Zealand to me
"Hey baby, did you enjoy the ceremony?" I ask and he nods and laughs. He tries to take my cap off and he laughs.
We take a couple pictures outside and I take some with Ezra, Eileen, and Neo. We go out for dinner that night and just hang out as friends, I was so happy we were all friends, even though we had all gone through such a hard time.
Nothing could change our friendship and nothing could test us apart, I love Ezra and I'm so glad I was marrying him and I love Eileen and how happy she was that I was marrying Ezra. Nothing could tear us apart. We were best friends forever and ever. Nothing will change the way I feel for Eileen and Ezra.
