Can there calm, grown organically in mind?

Can there be sweetness experienced, without the panic?

Can there be moderation, without waking up another day?

Can there be longing, without the abstinence?

Can there be peace, without all the secrets?

Can there be truth, without unseen sides?

Can there be joy, without disappointment?

Can there be passion, without all the black motions?

Can there be sincerity, without running away?

Can there be sadness, without any last nights?

Can there be anger, without any regrets?

Can there be minority, without silence?

Can there be awakening, without a heart heavy as stone?

Can there be growing, without leaving behind?

Can there be healing, without ripping up the healed wounds?

Can there be promises, without insecurities?

Can there be knowledge, without predictions?

Can there be a break, without the loss of control and presence?

Can there be nights, without the hours?

Can there be a future, without the predictions?

Or have I just been born without it?
