Trapped

I'm trapped and I can't breathe

The oxygen is going to waste and I'm on my bare knees

For every breath I take, the spark to keep me alive is growing weaker

Who will rise to see me in my jar?

People dance whilst I'm trapped

I used to scream and they used to tell me to be quiet

Such a let down

But now I can't breathe and I'm slowly fading away, all they praise is the end of my screaming

Dig my grave and put black roses by it, this life is coming to an end

I'm trapped and every limb is hurting

I'm trapped and every breath is painful

I'm trapped but everyone keeps dancing

Remember days when I screamed for rescue, such desperate measures

Here I am now, hand on my heart, I need you to see

I'm trapped, these glass walls remain unbreakable

Suffering drains me after so many kicks and hits

All I wanted was to escape when nobody else came

All you ever said was for me to be careful so I wouldn't break these expensive walls

Help me, save me, rescue me

Don't look away in shock

'Cause I'm out of breath by now
