It's good to be back! Yeah, I'm finally back, after so many years. Iba pa rin talaga kapag nasa sarili mong bansa ka. I missed so much being here, I miss her so much... I didn't let anyone yet know that I'm back. Except sa kaibigan kong si Dr. Joshua dahil siya lang naman ang sinabihan ko muna. Kahit sina Mommy at Daddy ay walang idea na nakabalik na ako rito, I just want to surprise them.

I went straight to the hospital as Joshua said he had a duty with Ella. I'm excited to come here right away, I am so eager to see her...I instantly followed her on her Instagram account when I came here. Dinalaw ko na rin ang naging pasyente ko noon, na pasyente naman daw ngayon nina Ella at Josh.

Hindi ko kasi siya naabutan no'ng pagdating ko rito a few days ago, nasa seminar daw siya that time. I also go to her art gallery and there; I saw all the paintings that she made. Those paintings that very familiar to me, until I realized that it's all about our memories.

Binili ko ang lahat ng iyon sa tripleng halaga. At first, nahirapan akong kumbinsihin ang secretary ni Ella. Mabuti na lang pumayag din siyang bilhin ko lahat ng paintings na iyon, but in triple price of course. And I'm glad that she did her passion, because Ella been wanted to paint ever since...

Hindi ako mapakali habang hinihintay siyang dumating, nasasabik na akong makita siyang muli. Kinakabahan ako na hindi ko maintindihan, I don't know what should I say to her when we meet. I just hope that she will talk to me later. As I badly want to talk to her. I want to hug her, and I can't wait to take her in my arms again...

I heard some murmurs from the nurses when they saw me. They are still the same, some are former employees here and others are new ones as well. Nalaman ko rin na si Ella na pala ang nagma-manage ng hospital na ito and I'm so proud of her.

She did it great! Also, James helped her manage this, but as of now, he was still comatose. Joshua already told me about what happened to him, and I felt bad for him...

"Relax, bro...you're just going to see your, loving ex-girlfriend and cousin as well," he whispered.

"Shut up!" I instantly nudged him.

"At least, you're going to see her. Samantalang, ako pinagtataguan until now..." he shook his head in dismayed.

I tapped his shoulder. "It suits you, bro. You're such a womanizer..." I chuckled and he lightly punched my arm.

Mas lalo akong kinabahan nang marinig kong dumating na si Ella. Joshua and I currently at the ward room, when I heard that she entered the room to check her patients. Pasimple pa rin akong tinutukso ni Joshua kaya't pakiramdam ko mas lalong lumalakas ang kaba sa dibdib ko.

When she faced me, I greeted her but she looked so shocked. She just stared at me then, averted her gaze. I felt her cold treatment of me. As I expected, iniwan ko ba naman siya, e. Of course, she will definitely be mad at me... what do I expect. I just hope that she would give me a chance...she would let me explain everything. I followed her to the elevator, but she's been avoiding me...

"I don't care! You already left me! It's too late, Cielo!" she scowled.

I held both of her hands. "Ella, please...give me a chance— I'm ready to fight for our love, for us. Ella, let's rewrite our stars..." I sincerely said. Our eyes were locked on each other, her eyes that I missed so much to stare at...

"No! I don't feel the same way anymore..." she removed my grip on her. At nang bumukas ang pinto ng elevator ay nagmamadali siyang lumabas. I was left chasing my gaze off her as my shoulders slumped.
