I had been worried about this.

That Connors grandfather would try to track him, but I never thought it would happen this fast.

When I first learned of the RedMoon pack I wanted to know why Connors grandfather could not mind link him.

Since Connor is the rightful leader of the Red Moon pack he can,  at will, link with anyone in the Red Moon Pack. However, as the current alpha his grandfather can do the same.

I found out David had a witch break the mind link between the two. He also had a protection charm placed on their house in Southern California, which is why the wolf found Connor and Millie after they moved here.

Recently I had the siblings place a similar spell on Connor and Millie so that the Red Moon pack would think they moved but not know where.

According to James Carter this spell was going to need to be reinforced every few weeks.

After explaining all this to Millie and watching her light green eyes grow wide with fear I pulled her close to my chest.

"I'm not going to let anything happen to you or Connor. I promise you that, Millie," as I spoke the last words I lifted her chin so she could see how serious I was.

"I know I just, he suppose to go back to pre-K next Wednesday and now I don't even know if he should I just......" I could see the wheels turning in her mind and I hated that she was faced with so much anxiety right now.

"He will be fine they won't be able to break through the protection charm and worse case scenario both my gammas work at Connors school. They would protect Connor like their own if need be that is how a pack works."

"They do? Abe and Noah work at Connors school? Since when? " Millie looked so adorable cocking her head to the side I couldn't help but chuckle.

"Since forever, they both teach kindergarten. I swear those two do everything together. Connor might have one of them as a teacher next year."

"Connor would love that," Millie laughed. Connor sure did like making those two give him piggy back rides.

"So you have nothing to worry about," I said, taking her head in my hands and touching my lips to hers. "I'm going... to protect... you two forever." I said kissing her in between words.

The last kiss I let my mouth linger on hers and she willingly opened her mouth allowing me entrance to that sweet tounge.

Without thinking I scooped her up and walked us to the couch. Fire burned every part of my skin she touched as our kissing became more passionate.

Her breathless pants began driving me wild and I didn't know how I would control myself. I sat down on the couch with her legs still wrapped around my waist.

With her on top like this, how can I control myself?

I wanted Millie in every way possible but I wanted the time to be right.

A Luna ceremony is almost like a wedding for werewolves.

Once she formally takes on the role of Luna she will be mine.

I was already hers.

Breaking from our kiss I rubbed my thumb over her plump lower lip while whispering in her ear, "these lips are so sweet I can't stop kissing them."

She moaned causing my heart to humm in my chest, " then don't," her short winded words solicited a growl from my chest as I began nipping at her neck. And she giggle.

Suddenly I stopped, "Connors up," I said placing one more kiss on her neck.

"What how do you know that?" She inquired rolling off of me.

"I heard his eye lids open." Millie rolled her eyes while walking tword the kitchen.

Wolf hearing sometimes got annoying with how much you could hear but usually I could tune out anything.

A few seconds later Connor emerged from his room rubbing his eyes.

Millie immediately went to him and wrapped him in a hug. "How are you feeling baby?" She asked in a soothing voice.

Watching her be a mom made me fall even more in love with her every time.

"Better, but I'm hungry," that boy is always hungry. Definitely an alpha.

"I'll make you some spaghetti," Millie cooed.

Connor perked up at her words, "yay."
