Chapter 36 Millie's POV

We had just finished putting connor to bed and I had just slipped into my purple nightgown made of silk while Sam took a shower.

Pulling down the sheets I felt two hands wrap around my waist.

"Mmmm I should like to bite this neck," Sam whispered against my neck as he rubbed my stomach.

"I think I would like that," I said breathlessly as he nipped at my neck. Every sense of my body tingling.

Our pants grew heavy as he moved his hands up and down my waist while kissing and nibbling my neck.

"Quit moving your ass up against me like that or you're going to make my wolf come out," he said while pulling my hair.

Turning to kiss him I looked him right in the eyes and said "you know I love when you go alpha on me." That was enough to send him over the edge.

He began kissing every part of me so quickly as if he needed to kiss every inch of my skin to breathe.

Somehow I ended up on the bed with him still kissing my neck. A sigh escaped my mouth as I felt the fullness of him push up against me.

Being with him like this it must be close to what heaven feels like. I knew I wanted to be with him forever.

"I want to marry you," I breathed out along with a moan.

"I want to marry you... every day... forever... till the end of time." He said in between kisses.

"No I want to marry you now. Like we originally planned." I said causing him to stop and look into my eyes.

"Now?" He questions tucking a piece of hair behind my ear.

"We'll obviously not now," I smiled, "but on the original date we planned." I continued.

"But that's in two weeks?" He said as more of a question than a statement.

"Yes, that date." I now laughed.

"But, I thought we were holding out to be safe." He said unsure.

"We know that the guy y'all saw at the football stadium he isn't saying anything. We know we're safe for now and I don't want to live in fear. Besides, we can have the wedding here at the pack house. We can do it inside we have enough space for the whole pack plus plenty of extra family and friends. We fell in love in this forest so where else better to get married. Then you know we'll be safe because of the protection Charms." When I finally finished Sam was looking at me with so much love and adoration.

"Millie, I love you. You are the strongest, bravest person I know. If this is what you want then we will do it." He spoke with so much love and certainty in his voice. This man knew how to make my heart melt.

"It's what I want." I assured him.

"Well then we better get planning." He smiled.
 
"But first we need to finish what we started." I demanded pulling him down onto the bed with me.

"Mmmm I love when you go all demanding Luna on me." He smirked before kissing me lovingly.

"Mmm I know you do," I said seductively as I climbed on top of him.

Life couldn't get much better than this. Yes, there was still the looming threat. Yes, I was still afraid for Connor and myself. But we had each other, we had the pack and we had Sam. I was about to really have Sam.

I couldn't wait for Two Saturdays from now.
