Although Connor was a brand new Seahawks fan as of today, he had to be the biggest Seahawks fan in the stadium.

When the crowd cheered he clapped so hard, jumped up and down, and screamed at the top of his lungs.

When the crowd booed he booed the absolute loudest with more passion than anyone.

That was just Connor though. If he was going to do something he was going to be all in. The trait of an alpha no doubt.

Half time was about to start and looking at Connor's face I could tell he was reeling.

"I'm gonna be a football player one day and have all the pretty girls dance for me at halftime," he exclaimed.

"Don't you think that would be a little unfair given your capabilities?" I asked

"Nah, I can turn most of that off. Plus don't you think it's a little unfair you're a cop with your capabilities? I mean the bad guys have zero chance of getting away." He shot back.

"Fair assessment, but we don't exactly want bad guys to get away." I countered before tickling him on his tummy causing him to laugh.

Suddenly I had a horrible feeling like we were being watched. I tuned out the crowd and turned into anything that seemed unfamiliar.

Using my senses I once again picked up the wolf sent.

I wouldn't have been so worried about the scent if it weren't for the creepy feeling I had along with it.

Narrowing my eyes I scanned the crowd. Across the stadium, there was a man with binoculars staring right at us.

From the shape of his jawline and the muscles in his shoulders, I could tell he had to be the wolf. Not an alpha of course or he wouldn't need binoculars.

Still, I knew with being this far away he must be able to see us better than I could currently see him.

I did not like this, I did not like this at all.

The moment he realized I noticed him he stood.

"Come on Connor we gotta go," I said standing and scooping him up in my arms.

"But why we didn't get to finish the game why d we have to go?" Connor whined understandably so.

"I'll explain in the car," I said, walking as fast as I could without attracting too much attention.

Luckily, I knew exactly where we were parked. I just had to get up the steps, reach the opening, and zoom out of the stadium.

After going up about ten steps I glanced to my right to see the same man moving across the stadium in sync with me.

I had to move quickly.

Taking each step two at a time I finally made it to the clearing only to sniff the air and smell the wolf much closer.

Time to kick it into high gear.

I broke out into a sprint pushing past people walking to get sodas and snacks during halftime.

Using my wolf senses I could hear the sound of a person sprinting nearby.

Great, he knew I was now running and was running too.

I picked up the pace, careful not to go too fast or I would give myself away as a non-human.

"What's gggoing on?" Connor asked worried.

"Don't worry buddy. I got you. When we get to the car can you buckle up yourself so I can zoom out of here?" I asked. To which Connor nodded his head.

"Good. I'm going to need you to be big and brave and do it fast." I said with as much encouragement as I could. He nodded his head again, but there was a worried look in his eye.

When we were just a few steps from the car the stadium door swung open and the man ran outside.

As I drove away I saw him in the rearview mirror panting "wait, stop" before putting his hands on his knees and breathing heavily.

Fat chance buddy. I said in my head.

I looked back at him one more time to notice his features. This man had to be from the Redmoon pack.

By morning Connor's grandfather would know he was with me.

Dammit.
