78 - The Village

"Wow, Stef! Your apartment is soo cool!! Like this is all yours!" Lucy says as we all enter the apartment that I was rarely ever in as I toss my bag down and flick more lights on. I also flick the AC's on since it was hot as fucking shit in here as everyone looks around. It was a nice place but it was just too fucking quiet and lonely if I was honest and one  thing I hated was quiet and being alone.

"That it is sweetness. I think there's drinks in the fridge if you all want. Take what you like but I don't know what's in there."

"How do you not know what's in your own fridge?" Callie teases as I grab her hand and pull her up on the kitchen counter and stand between her legs while I run my hands on her thighs. She was so dang cute and sexy and I was just happy she wasn't crying anymore. The week had been so tough for my girl and I had been trying to do everything I could to make it better for her.

"Because I don't stock it, sweetheart. And MAYBE if you'd finally move in with me you could have what you like in there." She looks away shyly as I move in closer to her forgetting the fact that Tess and Lucy were walking around because it was like this with me and Cal. Like it was just us in this world and no one else. "Why won't you? Mm? Why won't you move in with me? You said you love me."

"Yeahh I did. I said it like 100 times and you don't say it back." She looks at me bashfully as I move even closer to her smiling.

"You need me say it? You don't know that I do?" I tease continuing to rub her thighs up and down as she laughs and plays with a strand of my hair.

"No, I know you do. But not to change topics are you sure you are okay? Your neck is all red from where she grabbed you and that makes me upset.

"I'm ok. Promise. And don't be upset sweets. Ok? You tired baby? Mm? Should we go lay down in my room?" I ask as she nods and I glance at the clock and see it's well past midnight and I'm tired too but at the same time still trying to brush off my anger and adrenaline.

"Stef, this place is fucking awesome. You got a balcony, honey! A fuckin' balcony! You see the size of your kitchen!? And your bathroom? You see the tub? I wanna know what in the Christ are you doing in Julius place when you have a nice ass apartment like this! Lord!" Tess sasses as I look over and laugh at her for Tess was funny, not to mention incredibly fucking sexy.

"Me? Well that's where all the pretty women are. Right babe?" I wink at her as she shakes her head and bursts out laughing as she grabs a beer from the fridge and lights a smoke.

"You too much Stefanie Marie."

"Yeah, maybe but you damn sure weren't complaining earlier. Now were you?" I tease as Tess blushes big time and I hear Callie giggle as I smile at her kissing the tip of her nose.

"Wow, Stef, this place really is nice. Like super nice.  I can take the couch." Lucy says walking in from the other room as Callie's arms around around my neck and I glance over at her. "I'm not picky."

"There's two bedrooms love. I'm sure we have enough room where you don't need to take a couch Lucy. I mean you could all sleep with me and I won't complain." I say as Callie bursts out laughing jumping down from the counter, Tess blushes even more and Lucy puts her hand over mouth shocked at what I've said

"C'mon, I'm only joking...partially who wouldn't wanna be surrounded by pretty women, can you blame me? " I wrap my arms around Callie as Lucy and Tess stand there looking at us as my eyes meet Tess' who smiles softly at me. I knew I said shit that often shocked people but hell it was who I was as I feel Callie rest her head on my shoulder and I softly kiss it.

"Well, I'll share a room with Tess then if that's okay?" Lucy smiles at Tess who nods and yawns.

"Fine by me. Sorry if I snore though honey! My sinus have been acting a dang fool!" Tess says grabbing her little bag and putting her smoke out.
