Haruhi's pov

I looked my shoulder and smiled, watching Emi sleeping on the bed with Yuki in her arms. She seemed to have fallen in love all over again with that plushie and it made me happy, she seemed so much happier these days. I could see from the way that she acted around us and around Kaoru, that she is genuinely very happy. But I had a strange feeling that things were going to become a little chaotic in the next few days, most likely due to either that Yuki-Chan, Ian or the narcissist, Akihiko. Speaking of those two, they were sitting right across from me arguing with one another about another stupid project that they had to work on together. But they weren't the only ones in the group, both the Hitachiin Twins, Emi and Yori were stuck in their group. Yori was baking sweets for the club, while the twins were messing with Tamaki-senpai about something. I shook my head, turning my attention back onto the book I had been reading. Which wasn't going well since there was so much noise in here, I'm surprised that Emi was able to sleep through all of this noise.

"Alright, gang! Listen up!" Tamaki called, everyone's attention snapping to him. "Today's theme for today's session is Medieval nights. While all of us will be dressed in these," He gestured towards the costume bags he held in one hand, he then reached down and grabbed a blue costume bag. "Emi will be wearing the princess gown, the story is simple. We are all her knights, sent by the King, her big brother (Mori-Senpai), to protect her from the notorious King of the West (Kyoya). He will send a pair of knights, who infiltrate the ranks of her knights and are ordered to kidnap her. But instead, one of the royal knights (Kaoru) falls madly in love with the princess and so he turns his back on his king and with the help of his brother (Hikaru), they will keep the princess safe." He explained, "You know Emi is asleep right?" Hikaru asked, pointing over to the bed where she was.

"Oh no... Someone's gonna have to wake her up." Tamaki suddenly became frightened at the idea of Emi being woken, the last time she was woken up for club, she threw Tamaki-senpai's bear on the floor.

"I'll do it. What's the big deal?" Akihiko shrugged, standing to his feet.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you," Hikaru warned, "Oh, come on. How bad can it be to wake Emi from a nap, huh?" He ignored the warnings from both twins and Tamaki-senpai, who was close to passing out from his anxiety. "You don't understand!" Tamaki-senpai cried, "Once Emi was carelessly woken up by the twins one morning and she beat the snot out of them. They had black eyes for a week!" He explained, making me roll my eyes. That was only part of the story and she didn't beat them or give them black eyes, she chased them around the club room and once she caught them, she put them in a headlock.

"Akihiko." Mori-senpai stepped forward, our eyes turning to him as he stood there with his usual stoic look on his face. Akihiko stopped walking towards Emi, standing just an inch away from the bed. A shiver ran down his spine and he slowly turned his head towards Mori to look at him, "Yes?" He asked, his voice shaking a little. I was a little shocked to see this because normally, Akihiko didn't act like this when Mori would say something. Then again, Mori rarely speaks.

"Don't bother Emi, I'll wake her up. You go sit down and stay quiet." Mori instructed, "Sure." Akihiko nodded, backing away from the bed. "Hooooooo!" I sighed loudly, slumping forward as I heard Renge's laughter. The floor moved and a platform appeared with Renge, who was still laughing. "It seems that Mori-senpai really does care for Emi and how she is woken up!" She said loudly, laughter following after.

"Shhhhhh!!!" Tamaki-senpai turned to Renge, "Uh, excuse me?! That is so rude!" Renge shouted, pouting angrily as she looked down at Tamaki-senpai. "I don't care if it's rude at the moment! You gotta be quiet!!! Or else you'll incur the wrath of a very small, cute but deadly Host member!!" He snapped. "But Honey-senpai isn't sleeping." She put her hands on her hips defiantly, "I'm talking about the other cute, small but deadly Host Club Member!!!" He fumed, when Renge again starts talking loudly, I shook my head knowing what was coming. As if on cue of Renge beginning to laugh again, a pillow flew past my face, in between Tamaki and the twins and curved up and hit Renge hard enough to knock her onto the couch beside the platform. Everyone slowly turned their heads towards the bed, where Mori was standing with a coy look on his face. Emi on the other hand, was fuming and her face said it all. She was pulling one of the deadliest glares I had ever seen at it was directed at Renge, who was left twitching on the couch.

"Oh no, she's angry." Tamaki, Hikaru and Kaoru all fled behind the other couch, hiding as they shook from fear. I shook my head at their stupidity, sweat dropping as I saw Renge twitching.

"Emi, we have to get ready for club. Come on," Mori-senpai held out a hand to her, she rubbed her eyes and took his hand, leaving Yuki on the bed. He took the costume from Tamaki-senpai and led her to the changing room.

"Whoa.. I, uh.. I never knew she could be that violent." Akihiko muttered, Ian just sat there in complete shock watching as Mori took her away. "We told you she's a demoness when woken up carelessly." Hikaru shrugged, the three of them standing to their feet. "Well.. I think that's hot." Akihiko stated, a smirk on his face. I rolled my eyes, shaking my head as Kaoru blew up from Akihiko's comment. "Who are you to call my girlfriend Hot?!!" I tuned out the argument between them, grabbing my costume and headed to the changing rooms.

After a few hours, Club had finished and we were packing up to go home. By this time, Akihiko had left and thank god he did. He had worked on Kaoru's last nerve, especially because he kept trying to flirt with Emi. Kyoya ordered Mori-senpai to make him sit with Honey and him, so that he wouldn't mess with her anymore. Ian sat with me and I was surprised when Kasanoda had shown up, he sat with Emi and they had a pretty good time together with her customers. I had everything packed up and ready to go, so I went to check on Emi. "Hey, Emi.. What's going on-" I stopped mid sentence as I saw that she had dumped everything out of her bag. I gasped at the mess and looked around as a book was thrown past my face, landing just a foot away from my feet. "Oh my god, where did all of these books come from?" Kasanoda asked, coming to stand behind me. "Those books look like they're from Emi's bag." Tamaki-senpai stated, holding his backpack as he came to stand beside me. "That's because those books are all Emi's." Hikaru stated, "Emi, why'd you take all your books out of your bag?" Kaoru asked, our eyes shifted over to Emi who was still throwing stuff around. She turned towards us, her entire appearance seeming completely disheveled. Tears streamed heavily down her face, her bottom lip quivering taking all of us by surprise. I had just seen her minutes ago and she was just fine, she was laughing with Kaoru and Kasanoda. Kyoya-senpai took one look at Emi and he immediately stopped what he was doing, so did Mori and Honey-senpai, who looked equally as distressed as Emi did.

"Emi, what's the matter?" I asked, my heart thudding in my chest.

"Haruhi!!!" She wailed, I walked over to her and bent down slightly to look her in the eyes. "Emi, what's the matter? What happened? Why is all your stuff on the floor?" Tamaki-senpai asked, she started crying loudly and I could see pure anxiety in her eyes. "Haruhi!!! She's missing!!!" She wailed loudly, "Whose missing, Emi?" Kaoru asked, looking distressed that his girlfriend was so frantic and in tears. "Yuki is missing!!! Haruhi, she's gone!!" Everything came crashing down the minute she said that, my heart stopped for a moment and dropped to my stomach as I looked at her. She began sobbing loudly, her panic becoming worse. I pulled Emi into my arms, holding her as she sobbed uncontrollably into my chest. I looked up at Tamaki-senpai and the others, who looked very distressed.

"This is not good." Hikaru said, "Not good at all." Kaoru sighed.
