Haruhi's pov
I knew it. I knew that something was going to happen and it all centered around Yuki, the odd part about this is that she just suddenly disappeared. She was literally just here a few minutes ago, sitting right next to Yori on the couch. "Emi.." Tamaki-senpai started, I could see from the look in his eyes that he was at a loss for words as he looked at my sister. Nobody wanted to say the wrong thing and make Emi's mood worse or make her cry even more, if anything, we all just wanted to find Yuki and give her back to Emi so she can be happy. "Emi, please. It'll be okay, we'll look everywhere for Yuki. She can't have gotten far." Tamaki-senpai pulled Emi into his side, his arm around her shoulder and tried to comfort her but it wasn't working. Nothing they have tried to calm her down with has gotten her to stop crying, I didn't even know myself if I would be able to find Yuki again and I didn't want to make a promise that I couldn't keep. But that doesn't mean that I won't do everything I can to find her before giving up, that bunny didn't just mean a lot of Emi. It meant a lot to me as well, even though it was Emi's gift from Mom that bunny grew up with the two of us. I watched my twin grow into a beautiful young woman, who speaks her mind and takes a lot after Mom. "I can't live without her!! Please, you have to find her!" Emi wailed, distressing everyone in the group. Tamaki-senpai looked up from Emi, his violet eyes meeting Kyoya's eyes before he shifted his gaze to me. I knew by the look in his eyes that he was just as concerned as I was, he knew that there was nothing that he could possibly say to calm her down. My eyes then shifted to the twins, who looked equally distressed, Kaoru even more so than Hikaru. When I looked behind them, I noticed that Mori-senpai had disappeared before spotting him over by the bed where she had been sleeping earlier in the day. Honey-senpai was standing in front of the twins, looking full of despair as he watched Emi's emotions spiral. I could see in his eyes that he wanted nothing more than to hold her close, but he couldn't do that. Not when they have been broken up for a while and she's now dating Kaoru, he knew that Kaoru wouldn't let him. "Emi, please. You've got to calm down, you'll work yourself into a panic attack. I promise that we'll find her." Kasanoda took a seat on the other side of her, placing his hands over hers but she showed no signs of stopping any time soon. My eyes landed on the clock on the wall, sighing internally as I knew that we needed to get home.
"Haruhi?" Tamaki-senpai looked up at me, I could see that he was asking me if there was anything that I could to calm her down.
"It's getting late, I'll take her home. We'll meet back up in the morning and start looking for Yuki." Hikaru handed me Emi's book bag, which was filled with her supplies. I thanked him, placing the bag on my left shoulder while my bag was slung onto my right shoulder. "Come on, Emi. We gotta get home. I promise we'll look for Yuki in the morning." I held out a hand to her, hoping she would take it and luckily enough, she did. "Bye you two. We'll see you tomorrow!" Honey-senpai waved, "Bye!" I waved back, walking out of the club room with Emi beside me. When we got home, Emi said nothing and went straight to her room. The whole way home, she cried and wailed which worried me. I sighed heavily, placing my bag on the couch as I watched her sluggishly walk into her room. The door closed and I plopped down on the couch, hoping that the other hosts would be able to find Yuki.
"Haruhi! Emiiii! My darlings, I'm home early today!" Dad called from the front door, I heard him close the door and sighed as I heard his heels clicking. "Oh, girls?! Who wants to go out for ice cream?!" I lifted my head, looking at Dad who looked extremely happy for some odd reason. "What are you so happy about, Dad?" I quirked an eyebrow at him, tilting my head to the right. Dad walked over to the couch, taking a seat beside me as I moved Emi's bag onto the other side of the couch. "I'm happy that I was able to get off of work early enough to see you two at home and have dinner with you. You know my hours keep me away from my precious girls. I'm just glad that I get to spend time with my girls. Now," He clapped his hands, "Where is your sister?" He smiled, "She's in her room." I responded, looking at her bedroom door. Emi always came out of her room to greet Dad when he got home from work, even if he got home late. After Mom died, Emi became very attached to Dad. She even disclosed to me the fact that she has a fear of losing him like we lost our Mom, which is understandable but I know Dad is not going to leave us any time soon, then again, you can never predict anything because life happens. "I'll go get her." I stopped Dad in his tracks, grabbing a hold of his arm as he stood to his feet. His red hair swayed with him as he looked down at me, "Haruhi, what's with that face you're pulling? Is something the matter?" I nodded, prompting Dad to sit back down next to me. "Haruhi, has something or someone hurt you or Emi?" I could tell from the look in Dad's eyes that he was genuinely concerned for our sake, "No.. But something happened with Emi." I stated, "What happened?" Dad shifted his body to face me better and I let out a sigh, sitting back against the pillows.
