The current of the water had brought them all out of the tunnel, reaching a larger source of water.
Violet loudly breathed out while leaning her back on the small supported seat. She patted her life vest, feeling that it was intact and so was she. Her eyes were shined of sunlight from being outside of the dark tunnel. "I'm okay. I'm alive."
Kenji lifted himself up from his slouching position. He worriedly looked all around the water. Putting his sunglasses on, a loud gasp escaped his lips which made everyone turn to him.
"Why did you gasp?" Ben quickly and nervously asked him. "It didn't sound like a good gasp!"
Kenji continued looking around the body of water and the surroundings. "Cause I know exactly where we are, guys. We're in the Jurassic World Lagoon. And so is the Mosasaurus."
Violet widened her eyes with a gasp, looking all around her but mainly down at the water. "It's a huge water dinosaur, isn't it? We're with a sea creature. Oh, we're doomed. This is the end of the line guys." She clutched on the paddle that she held onto while now looking up, realizing the stadium and all the seats around the water. "It was nice knowing you all-" Her brows furrowed at seeing a paddle being poked on her shoulder. Then she looked up forward, seeing Yasmina holding the paddle. "What are you-"
While Violet and Yasmina were bickering, the others were chatting too.
"I assume the Mosasaurs are some kind of giant fish dinosaur that's gonna try and eat us." Ben slightly leaned over the kayak to look down at the water.
Connor sat up straight, tense. "I am not dying by a fish."
Low growling echoed beside them as a huge scaled fin appeared out of the water. It was the Mosasaurus and it had known of its new visitors as it circled them. Its size was enormous. No other dinosaur that they saw could compete with that size.
"It's circling, testing us." Brooklynn spoke in a low voice as her eyes followed the Mosasaurus.
Violet was also watching the Mosasaurus. "You probably won't believe this but I'm great at tests."
"You're right." Connor whispered to her on his kayak, not being too far from her. "I don't believe you."
A light shriek escaped Violet's mouth as she held the paddle towards her. She had seen the fin of the Mosasaurus swimming beside her.
"Did you just-" Yasmina furrowed her brows at Violet then smiled. "You shrieked like a little girl."
"I did not." Violet raised one brow while looking away. She started to paddle the kayak along with the others, trying to get out of the water. "And I can't believe you're making fun of me when we're about to die." She shouted in a whisper, looking forward to Yasmina.
