After the van had crashed, everyone was a bit shaken up. That being from the crash and the whole Sammy having Brooklynns phone.
"Is everyone okay?" Darius worriedly looked all around the van, checking to see if anyone was injured.
Yasmina angrily chuckled. "Is everyone?"
Violet quietly watched Yasmina open the door with anger. Sammy quickly chased after her.
"I'm not," Kenji whined from the backseat, lifting his head up as he looked toward Violet. "Is my nose bleeding? Please don't be broken." He looked away with his eyes closed.
Violet hovered over the seat, leaning towards Kenji while forcing him to face her so that she could see. Her eyes squinted at his nose. "Nope, but-" She pointed at his nose. "You do have a booger hanging right there."
Kenji opened his eyes and widened them as he covered his nose from her. He used his other hand to swat away hers, leaning to her in a whispered shout, "You didn't have to announce that out loud."
Violet had gotten out of the van first only to hear more arguing as others were already out of the van now.
Yasmina was walking away from Sammy, "We're not okay. We're in the middle of a jungle with a monster dinosaur out there, and you..." She turned around to Sammy, looking at her with hurt in her eyes as she took a step toward her. "You..."
"Destroyed our only way to get help and lied about it!" Brooklynn crossed her arms together while standing in front of the side part of the van. "I told you guys."
Connor leaned on the van while looking forward, "I knew it."
Darius walked away from the van, trying to understand the situation. "So, you did take Brooklynn's phone? Why? What were you doing?"
Violet nudged Kenji's side, whispering to him as they were near the front part of the van. "I'm sad to say this but you owe me fifty bucks when we get out of here."
Kenji groaned while he turned to her in a low voice, "How did you know?"
Violet glanced at Brooklynn then at Sammy. "The entire thing was sketchy but I wasn't sure until Connor spoke up."
"I'm here to spy!" Sammy took her hands off her ears, shouting at them which stopped Brooklynn from arguing with her more. It even pulled Violet and Kenji from their discussion.
"You're a spy?" Violet leaned off the van with a surprised look then she quieted her voice down. "That's so cool-"
Violet looked at the two girls arguing. Sure, Sammy was a terrible liar about the whole phone situation but a spy-then she was a terrible spy because Brooklynn had found out. A thirteen-year-old internet superstar caught the spy but then again no one else did. Her eyes stayed on Sammy, trying to read her expression which looked hurtful and guilty. Violet was wondering if her entire persona was just an act this entire time but it would make no sense to continue the act all this time.
