First day at school

The Monday I started school arrived, Judas drove me and we went to talk to the principal since I had a lot of medical problems they had to know about. He tells them about my injured leg and to watch out for it. It was fully healed externally but internally it was still healing. I had a small limp as I walked and sometimes my muscle would just spasm out of nowhere. I just sat there holding my backpack close as I was a little shy hoping this school will be different.

When they finish talking Judas cups my cheeks and kisses my forehead, "you got this need anything you can text me or call my phone I'll be here fast.'' I smile and nod hugging him close as he leaves and the principal brings me to my first class.

This school was very expensive for the rich families around here. I was so scared of being here that I was so out of place. Luckily there is no school uniform so we can wear what we want as long as it follows the dress code. Classes hadn't started yet so there were many students walking around the hall.

I kept sunglasses on just to hide my scar so no one could see it. We made it to my first class which was Science. The principal introduced me to the teacher, they told them if there is a problem, for me to leave and call my dad.

I looked over and spotted the same group of boys from the mall, they noticed as all their heads shot up. Students piled in so the teacher told me to take an empty desk. I sat close to the front as my vision was still messed up. The teacher starts the lesson so I do my best to follow and take notes as they speak before they pass a worksheet out saying we can work in groups. I just stayed where I was and started working, I felt a tap on my shoulder and looked up to see that boy from the group smiling at me.

"Hey, want to sit with us?" He points to his group of friends.

"Y-You sure?" I was still nervous, but he soon grabbed my wrist and pulled me to his friends.

"We saw you at the mall with that big scary man a while ago, right?" One of the guys asked.

"Yeah that was me hehe and dad isn't as scary as you think, he's amazing.'' I giggled that he was scared of Judas.

"Well I'm Koby, these dorks are Elion and Zeno." They both wave with a smile. "The other two are Julien and Maxwell they are twin brothers.''

"Nice to meet you five.'' I smile back.

They sit me down and we start to work on the sheet. I giggle as I have done this in school before but they were struggling. I helped them out and we passed the sheet to the teacher, shocked the guys were done so quickly. We went to sit down. I was going back to my desk but Julien grabbed my wrist and dragged me back to their little group. I winced as my leg started to hurt a lot, so I sat down massaging my calf.

"Boys she's not a toy so take it easy on her.'' The teacher spoke up looking over the sheets.

They say sorry to the teacher and then to me, they ask questions and I answer until Elion asks about my scar making me stop and drop the smile. 

"I don't want to talk about it,'' I say as I see Koby punch his shoulder.

"Come on man, look what you did, you made her cry and it's the first day of school." He said.

I didn't notice tears were rolling down my cheek, "I-it's alright no harm done really.'' I wipe the tears away with my hoodie sleeve. "See they're all gone'' I give a big smile.

Max asked to see my class list so I went through my bag and pulled it out, he took it and looked it over. "Hey we all have classes together cool, we can show you the ropes.'' He said excitedly.
