"What are you doing?" A voice interrupts me as I stuff my bag with more clothes. I think one full bag will do it, I mean I don't think I'm going to stay in Mystic Falls for that long, unless something really bad happens and they need me to stay there for longer.I sigh, "I'm going to Mystic Falls."
"What? Why?" He urges out, as he walks inside my room a look of desperation on his face.
"I need to see my sister and... about Bonnie." I mumble as I put my leather jacket on.
"You will come back, right?" He questions me, as he holds my face with his hands so that I'm facing him. I don't answer him, which makes his grip on my face to drop, to grab my hands. "Right?"
I sigh, looking away from him. "I need time, Nik. You killed a kid and... damn it. Damn it!" I raise my hand as I get out of his grip and turn my back to him. "You killed a kid. I know all about your past and all the crap that you did but... I need time." I shake my head as I turn back to look at him.
"I understand." He nods his head, walking out the room with a sad look that almost makes me want to hug him but I can't.
I just can't.
I grab my bag and place it over my shoulders, walking down the stairs. "Where are you going?"
"Oh, I need to go to Mystic Falls." I tell her, and she frowns at my reply.
"I thought us girls were going to stick together no matter what."
I sigh, looking down. "I'll be back, I guess. You won't even notice that I was gone." I grab her arms, before placing my hand on her belly. "Take care of both of you while I'm gone." I smile, which she immediately returns.
"Be back soon." She yells as I walk out of the front door and turns the new car I 'bought' a few hours ago before packing. I enter the car and start the engine, looking one last time at the compound.
Mystic Falls here I go.
#############
I enter the Salvatore house, not knowing where the hell everyone is. Don't tell me they moved out and forgot to tell me about that too. I mean it wouldn't be the first time something happened and they didn't tell me about.
"Rule number one: Name the worst thing Katherine Pierce has ever done." I hear a familiar voice say as I walk towards the living room. "Rule number two: Toast to the glory of her impending death. Rule number three: If you come across something that's worse, which you will, repeat rules one and two. She pretended to be buried in a tomb for 145 years, while I waited for her lying ass." Damon says while picking up a shot and downing it.
"This should be fun." Jeremy mumbles, and that's when I see Jeremy and Matt sitting in front of Damon on the couch, as Damon pours more drinks, obviously not noticing me.
"Wait... Does that beat pretending to be Emma and kissing me on the front porch of your old house?" Damon questions, giving him a weird look.
"I don't think so." Jeremy shakes his head, which makes Damon pick up another shot and down it.
Damon picks up another shot glass, holding it for Matt. "Quarterback, go."
"Uh..." Matt frowns, trying to think about what Katherine has done to him over the last years.
"Think on that." Damon commands, holding the glass to Jeremy but I stop him, making my presence finally known.
"The cute one is here." I smile as I walk further into the room. "So I go away for a few months, Bonnie dies and comes back to life. No one tells she's alive again... and you look miserable." I point to Damon, making him frown as if he's questioning himself if I'm really here. "Who died this time?"
