Nothing ever changes in Mystic Falls

Bonnie trapped Kai back in a prison world and he told her that Cade is not running hell anymore but none other than Katherine Pierce became the leader of hell. I didn't want Bonnie to trap him inside a prison world again but I knew it needed to happen.

His lies sound so much like the truth but I'm the only one who believes in them.

I've spoken to Bonnie after everything to check up on her and I needed her to let me see Kai. Stefan told me he hasn't gotten in contact with Valerie for years and we really need a siphoner.

"Emma, thank god. Set me free and we can have a conversation that in hell played very badly everyday." Kai smiles at me, thinking the prison world is all a joke and that I'm here to set him free.

"I don't want to have a conversation with you, but I have a deal to propose to you." I cut straight to the chase, grabbing a chair from a table and I take a seat in front of where he is tied down to a chair.

"And what is that?"

"You siphon a hex from someone I know, and you're free for a few days." I offer and he tilts his head to the side, for a few minutes he's thinking why he should do it and why he shouldn't or if I'm playing with him.

He shrugs. "I don't think Bonnie will allow it."

"I have spoken to Bonnie, she trusts me. And I don't think this will do you any good." I confess, referring to the prison world while crossing my legs as I wait for his reply.

"Always the one to understand me." He mutters, looking me up and down.

"Will you help me or not?"

He sighs dramatically, making me roll my eyes at him. "Fine, I'll help and I stay by you the whole day so you better make my day count... or a couple of days depends how the strong hex is." He offers and I nod my head.

"Uhh, what about a wedding?" I propose with a smug look on my face.

"I would rather stay here forever than go to your wedding because the torture levels would be the same. What? Shocked I actually still love you?" He questions, making me look down at my shoes for a few seconds before looking back at him.

"Yeah..."

"I know we were never meant to be and I lost my one chance with you, I must say that you did help me try and change to be a better person. I tried. But of course someone had to bring me down and make forget about all of the progress I've made." He chuckles dryly and I'm about to snap back at him but I chose to keep my mouth shut. "I care about you."

"Don't. Stop sweet talking me, Kai. I'm not getting you out of here. I have to say... they did kill Cade and got my sister back but you still lied. You didn't tell us Katherine ruled hell. You're a liar!" I exclaim at him, standing up from my chair and pushing it back.

He shakes his head. "I didn't lie. I just chose to keep it from you. She threatened to kill your sister, okay?!"

I brush off his words and I turn to walk away from him. "Nah, you lie all you want. I don't have time for this anymore. I'll see you in a few, Kai Parker."

"I love you, Emma. I loved you then and I love you now. That's the truth and you can't say I lie about that." He calls out but I keep walking away from him. "Can you at least turn the song off?" He begs me and I freeze, turning around and walking over to him.

I unchain him and turn the music off, locking eyes with him. "I don't doubt you loved me, but I know lied about a lot. You've hurt a lot of people I love. I can forgive you, I can't forget. And I can give Bonnie her closure, by putting you back here."
