not that any of you guys know yet, but i find jenny's reaction in this episode absolutely hilarious considering the plans i have for her later on... 😈
anyways welcome back to another chapter of "will i be happy with the ending or cry away the pain"Sam stared at his open laptop with a soft frown, a mugshot of Dean. Jenny was slowly sinking into her chair, eyes fixated on her Tetris game as Dean drank his coffee, staring into an endless void.
"So much for our low profile." Sam spoke up, Jenny pausing her game to glance up at him. "Dean, you've got a warrant in St. Louis, and now you're officially in the Fed's database." Jenny turned to Dean, who had a small grin on his face.
"Dude, I'm like Dillinger or something." He joked as Jenny leaned over to see Sam's computer.
"Dean, it's not funny. Makes the job harder, we've gotta be more careful now." Sam grumbled, scrolling down the website.
"Well, what do they got on you two?" Jenny frowned in disappointment when she didn't see a mugshot of herself. Granted, she didn't have one, so she wouldn't be surprised if the FBI had just found a photo of her on security footage
"I'm sure they just haven't posted it yet." Sam mumbled as Jenny sat back upright in her chair.
"No accessory? Nothing?" Sam looked up at Dean in annoyance.
"Shut up." His brother laughed, setting his coffee down.
"You're jealous." Dean mused, Sam crossing his arms.
"No, I'm not!"
"I am! If one of us is going to be in a database all of us should. But sure, pretty boy over here is the only one." Jenny complained, which only made Dean laugh harder.
"I'm sure you two will be on there sooner or later, sweetheart. Don't worry about it too much." Dean took Jenny's hand with a grin as she rolled her eyes, the oldest Winchester looking back to his brother. "All right. What do you got on the case there, you innocent, harmless young man, you?"
Sam shut his computer with a harsh sigh, annoyed, and pulled out several pages of research from his bag.
"Architect Sean Boyden plummeted to his death from the roof of his home, a condominium he designed." Sam started, sliding one of the files towards Jenny. She looked at the man's autopsy, humming.
"Build a high-rise and jump off the top of it. That's classy. When did he call animal control?" Dean asked, looking at the file in Jenny's hand.
"Two days earlier."
"Did he actually say Black Dog?" Dean continued with his question, Sam nodding.
"Yeah. A vicious, wild, black dog. The authorities couldn't find it, no one else saw it; in fact, the authorities are a little confused as to how a wild dog could get past the doorman, take the elevator up and start roaming the halls of the cushiest joint in town. After that, no more calls, he doesn't show up for work, two days later he takes a swan dive."
"Definitely not a black dog." Jenny muttered under her breath, looking at the large claw marks on the man's body with nervousness.
"Do you think we're dealing with an actual Black Dog?" Dean continued on, looking at Jenny as he noticed her small shift in the way she was sitting. Uncomfortable. Sam shrugged.
"Maybe. Could be—" Sam paused, looking at Jenny.
"You can say werewolf, Sam." The woman sighed, setting the file down. There was a short silence before Dean cleared his throat.
"What's the lore on it?" Jenny slid the file to Dean, and Sam shrugged.
"It's all pretty vague. I mean, there are spectral black dogs all over the world, but... some say they're animal spirits, others say death omens. But anyways, whatever they are, they're big, nasty—"
