Sam, Dean and Jenny were taking part in the trolley tour of a Hollywood studio, passing by movie and television sets. Jenny was smiling at all the views, silently hoping she'd meet or at least see a celebrity.
On a P.A, the tour guide was speaking with an overly enthusiastic smile. "First opened in 1927, the lot has been in continuous operation for eight decades."
"Hey, you know this is where they filmed "Creepshow"?" Dean asked the kid sitting next to him, grinning. The boy looked at him like he was a doofus, and said nothing. Dean's smile dropped, turning to Jenny, who sat next to him. "Kids a buzzkill." Jenny chuckled softly, shaking her head at him.
"Now, to the right, here is Stars Hollow." Jenny's brows rose, leaning forward in excitement. "It's the setting for the television series, Gilmore Girls.
And if we're lucky, we might even catch one of the show's stars."Sam turned to Dean and Jenny, who sat behind him. He looked visibly uncomfortable, and Dean gave Sam a thumbs up.
"Come on." Sam spoke in a rushed time and Jenny frowned.
"What? But I want to see if Alexis is here!" She complained as Sam hopped off the trolley. Jenny groaned, getting off with Dean. "Now whose the real buzzkill?"
Dean grabbed Jenny's jacket, shaking her arm as he pointed excitedly. "Jenny, check it out, it's Matt Damon!"
Sam and Jenny looked the way Dean was pointing, frowning. "I'm pretty sure that's not Matt Damon." Sam said, Dean shaking his head.
"No, it is." He reassured himself.
"Well, Matt Damon just picked up a broom and started sweeping." Jenny laughed, Dean shooting her a glare as she covered her mouth.
"Yeah, well, he's probably researching a role or something." Dean shrugged, Jenny looking around.
"Ahhh, I don't think so." Sam pointed to a large building, starting to walk. "Hey, this way, uh, I think Stage 9 is over here."
"Come on, man, let's keep going this way." Dean took Jenny's hand, dragging her away from Sam.
"No, come on, we've gotta work." Dean stopped, sighing loudly at his brother. "Dude, you wanted to come to LA."
"Yeah, for a vacation. I mean, swimming pools and hanging with movie stars! Not to work." Dean complained, and Jenny nodded in agreement.
"But you were persistent on trying to find a case." She crossed her arms at Sam, who pressed his lips together, frowning.
"This seem like swimming pool weather to you, guys? I mean, it's practically Canadian." Jenny gave Sam a strange look, turning to Dean
"Yeah. I just figured that, you know, after everything that happened with ... Madison, y-you could use a little R-and-R, that's all." Jenny stepped awkwardly, Sam now even more uncomfortable than before.
"Well, maybe I wanna work, Dean. Maybe it keeps my mind off things." Sam shrugged, looking to Jenny, who was looking anywhere but them.
"Okay, okay, all right. So, this crew guy - what did he, he died on set?" Dean asked, Sam trying to recall what he read.
"Yeah, uh, rumors spreading like wildfire online. They're saying the set's haunted."
"Like "Poltergeist"?" Dean frowned, watching as Jenny's eyes widened.
"God I hope it's not a poltergeist." She mumbled, Sam nodding in agreement as Dean shook his head.
"No, no, no. Like, the movie "Poltergeist"." Sam shrugged. "You know nothing of your cultural heritage, do you? It was rumored that the set of "Poltergeist" was cursed. That they used real human bones as, uh, as props. And, like, at least three of the actors died in it."
