Jungkook can't sleep, it's been 2 days and his heart feels heavy, he came there to meet the princess in her room but Taehyung pushed him away doesn't want to see him.. he can't forget how the princess cries in his arms, how he hurt her from being occupied because of their master's guest, he didn't mean to, he's not cheating on her but it feels like that. It looks like that. He felt guilty about it
Jin walks out of her room seeing Jungkook still awake sitting on a bench just outside of the house staring at nowhere
She sat beside him but Jungkook didn't seem to notice her or intentionally ignored her. Jin looks where Jungkook's eyes wanders but didn't see anything but darkness
Minutes pass and Jin decides to call him want to tell him to get inside, the night is cold and he's only wearing a thin shirt usually wears under an armor
"Jungkook" she whispers, he definitely hears her for the night is so quiet but he didn't gave her any glance
"Let's go back inside, you might get cold here" she says but he acts like he didn't hear her
"Jungkook please, let's go inside.. you still have fight tomorrow, what if you got sick" she worries
He doesn't want to be rude to her but he's blaming her. If she didn't come there with her friends, he wouldn't be occupied with them.. he admits, those girls are flirting with him but he didn't pay attention to them, they were just talking, he's just being friendly but the scene the princess saw them gave her another meaning
They even shouts at her for pointing a knife at him and he doesn't even defend her to them, his fist clenched angry of the memory that just had have happened
"She's angry at me... She can't forgive me.. I'm not cheating on her, I wouldn't replace her with anybody but your friends gave her the ideas that I'm happy to be with them than with her"
"who is angry at you? Who are you talking about?" Jin asks having no clue who is she
"the princess, my love... I care about her a lot, but I hurt her. I disappoint her because I'm being occupied with Lia and Rue. They wouldn't leave me and she.. she saw us laughing and now were having a big misunderstanding. She's couldn't accept my apologies"
"you can have her forgiveness, just don't give up... If she loves you, if she cares for you she can find forgiveness in her heart for you" Jin says assuring him
"but what if she can't? Her heart is so cold, and much more I hurt her, I... I kissed her without permission, she felt harassed, how.. how can she forgive me? I need to prove to her that I'm still the man her father chose to be her husband, to protect and to take care of her but I'm the first one that makes her feel that is not safe" Jungkook looks down on the ground tears left on his eyes
He wanted to gain her trust again but didn't know how
"Then change your ways, show her how important she is for you, show her how much you love her"
"But how? She's not going to the forest to meet me, I bet she's not going to meet me after every fight in a gladiator's chamber"
"If she's not going to the forest then go the place where she is even it's hard for you to be with her, even it's risky for you to be where she is. Bring her flowers, tell her how much you love her, I'm sure that eventually her heart will melt and love you.. she will care for you again and if that happens avoids making mistake again" Jin holds his clenched fist caressing it. Making him look at her for the first time since she took the seat beside him
"I will do that... I will take your advice and if she can't forgive me then maybe it's better for me to be dead and be with my family than to live the life with her hatred "
