Year 5 Chapter 1: The Order

London No POV

It has been a month or two since the end of the 4th Year at Hogwarts. Since Cedric Diggory died, Wade Torchwick was revealed to be Wade Grindelwald forcing him into hiding and the return of Lord Voldemort.

Harry Potter went from the most famous person to the most hated thanks to the Ministry labeling him and Dumbledore as crazies for saying Voldemort has returned.

Harry saved Dudley from some Dementors that attacked both of them which caused him to get expelled. The Dursleys took Dudly to the hospital leaving Harry alone in the house. He heard voices as he grabbed his wand and the door opened to reveal Alastor Moody (for real), Kingsley Shacklebolt, some people he didn't know and to his surprise Tonks.

Tonks:<lighted the room> hey, Harry!

Harry: Professor Moody. Tonks. What are you doing here?

Moody; rescuing you, of course.

They all got out of the house.

Harry: but where are we going? The letter said I've been expelled.

Moody; you haven't been. Not yet. Kingsley, you take point.

Harry: but the letter said-

Kingsley: Dumbledore persuaded the minister to suspend your expulsion pending a formal hearing.

Harry; a hearing?

Tonks: don't worry. We'll explain everything when we get back to headquarters.

Moody; not here, Nymphadora.

Tonks:<gets hair goes red> don't call me Nymphadora. <calms down>

Moody:<taps his cane giving everyone a broom> stay in formation, everyone. Don't break ranks if one of us is killed.

Tonks:<shakes her head while rolling her eyes>

They all took off as they flew towards London, over the London canal as Tonks shows Harry how much she has been practicing as she flies upside down next to him smiling. They flew past the Big Ben as they arrived at their distination.

Moody; come on.

They made sure no one was looking before Moody tapped his cane making a building appear between two buildings as if it was being built in front of them.

Moody: in you go, son.

Harry went in first as he could hear voices down the hallway. An argument. He looked at the hallway as it was old, some paintings looked like they were scratched, cobwebs in the lights, it's like no one has been living here in years.

Moody walked past him with the others but Tonks stayed behind Harry. They both could see inside the room Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Arthur Weasley. Harry was happy to see Sirius until Molly closed the door.

Molly: Harry.

Harry: Mrs Weasley. Heavens, you're all right. <gives him a hug> bit peaky, but I'm afraid dinner will wait until after the meeting's finished. Nope. No time to explain. Tonks, could you please take him upstairs.

Tonks: sure thing, Mrs Weasley.

Tonks lead Harry up as they passed the House Elf Kreacher.

Kreacher: Mudblood, werewolves, traitors, thieves. If my poor mistress knew the scum they let into her house... what would she say to old Kreacher? Oh, the shame.<sees Harry and glared at him>

Tonks: ignore him. Come on.

Tonks and Harry kept going up, she let Harry open the door and he got hugged by Hermione.
