Chapter 9: Pledge Your Allegiance

Malfoy Manor No POV

The trio were taken to Malfoy Manor which was a grand place that basically reflected on their status but it was also a very grim place, a darkness casted on by their family's devotion to the Dark Lord. They approached the gate as Bellatrix Lestrange was at the gate as well. Scabior placed Harry near the gate as Bellatrix was not convinced before Scabior showed the faint scar that looked like it was healing instead of being permanent but that was enough for Bellatrix to let them in.

Bellatrix: get the kids.

They were brought inside as Draco, Merula, Barnaby, and Ismelda were brought over as Bellatrix raised Harry's head by his hair.

Bellatrix: well?

Draco: I can't be sure.

Lucius: Draco, look closely, son. If we are the ones to hand Potter over to the dark lord everything will be forgiven. All- all would be as it was, you understand?

Scabior: now, we won't be forgetting who actually caught him I hope, Mr Malfoy.

Lucius: you dare to talk to me like that in my own house?!

Narcissa: Lucius! <pulls him back>

Bellatrix: don't be shy, sweetie. Come over. Now, if this isn't who we think it is, Draco and we call him, he'll kill us all. We need to be absolutely sure.

Merula: um... what's wrong with his face?

Bellatrix: yes, what is wrong with his face?

Scabior; he came to us like that. Something he picked up in the forest, I reckon.

Bellatrix: or ran out not a stinging jinx. Was it you, dearie? <walks away from them>

Draco: <whispers> Potter?

Bellatrix: give me her wand. We'll see what her last spell was.

Narcissa walked over to Draco and helped him up.

Bellatrix: ah, got you. <sees a snatcher holding the sword> what is that? Where'd you get that from?

Snatcher: it was in her bag when we searched her. Reckon it's mine now.

Bellatrix sent the snatcher away as she grabbed the sword and used spells to knock the rest of the snatchers down as she turned Greyback's tie into a snake to strangle him.

Scabior: are you mad?!

Bellatrix summoned a rope that tied itself to Scabior's neck as he tried to resist her pulling but she pulled it and he spun and landed on the ground. Bellatrix pulled the rope more before hitting him in the face.

Bellatrix: out! Get out!

Scabior and Greyback ran out as Bellatrix went to Ron and Hermione.

Bellatrix: cissy... <grabs Ron> put the boys in the cellar! I want to have a little conversation with this one.

Narcissa grabbed Ron and Harry and pushed towards Pettigrew as he grabbed them.

Bellatrix; girl to girl!

Pettigrew took Ron and Harry to the cellar and threw them in as he closed the door and went upstairs.

Ron; what are we gonna do? We can't leave Hermione alone with her.

Luna: Ron?

They boys turned around and saw Luna stepping out from behind a pillar.

Luna: Harry?

Ron used the Deluminator to let the lamp have light.

Harry: Luna?
