KATHERINE'S POV.

I looked at my surroundings in confusion before the events that happened came rushing.

I was pucking my guts when I saw Caspian.

Caspian Montgomery!

I jolted up and sat upright at the fancy looking hospital. A very expensive looking hospital room. The kind you see in movies. I could feel my head sway and the room shift a little before my vision came back to normal.

I could see someone standing with his phone in his hands.

How can someone be doing something so simple but still look intimadating while doing it.

Caspian turned around and his cold grey eyes met with my golden brown eyes.

He began walking towards me.

"Are you okay?" He asks.

Why does he look so concerned? His face didn't show it but his eyes did.
I nodded my head slowly still feeling a little hazy.

My hand immediately went to my stomach as my mind became occupied with the wellbeing of my child.

"How's my baby?"

"It's fine"

I nodded my head letting out a sigh of relief.

The door opened revealing male Doctor, probably in his early forties.

"Caspian." He greeted Caspian with familarity but his tone had a hint of formality.

"Craig." Caspian nodded his head at him.

Behind the doctor were two nurses, one male and the other female pushing a medical equipment with them.

"Good afternoon. I'm Craig." He greeted with a huge smile on his lips.
His dark brown eyes were warm and his full teeth smile just made him look more handsome as his white teeth set in contrast to his rich deep brown skin.

"Katherine." I said back with a smile.

His smile is contagious.

"Your baby is fine. I came in here to do the ultrasound." He informs.

I immediately remembered I forgot to have one because a certain cave man had dragged me away.

After the nurses were done setting the machine. He warned me that it'll be a little cold before applying the gel to my still flat belly.

He was right, it was cold.

He put the machine thingy on my stomach and used it to spread the gel all over. His eyes were glued to the foggy white and black screen and I could not make any sense of it.

"Looks like you are having twins."

The words didn't register in my mind at first but then they did.

"R-Really?" I was both excited, nervous and freaked out.

"Yes. This-" he pointed to a small dot.

"-that is the first one and there's the other one." He pointed to the other dot.

"They are still very small and we won't be able to make out the genders right now."

I nodded in understanding. I could feel the hot tears rolled down my cheeks.

"I'll just take a shot of it so you'll be able to take it with you." He pressed a button on the machine.

"You passed out because of the stress. You are just in your second month. It is still very much early and you should be careful."
