-------No One's Pov------

Law stares at the midnight sky, the party was still on. Loud noises, very sarcastically loud singing voices from Luffy and Brook, everyone was dancing, enjoying it all the way.

"You seemed quite alone, I wonder why."

He turned around to see Merilyn. 'Great. I was having a peaceful time here.' Law thought as he just avoided her gaze.

"Are you ignoring me?" She irked, "Yes, I am." Law simply responds from her unimportant question. "Why are you here? Shouldn't you be flirting with Mugiwara-ya?" Law stated, a question that is given to her.

"He kept his distance from me since earlier, he let me talk and get close to him but not as close as before."

Law smirked. "That's your problem." Law said with a sly smirk coming from his lips. "You two? Aren't you two going to dance??" They both turned around to look at Robin who was holding two champagne, in the champagne glass. She gave it to Law and Merilyn.

"Nojiko told me to. Have fun." She smiled as she walked away, Law looked at the champagne. He shakes it in circles around and round, as he slowly drinks it. Ignoring all the glares that Merilyn gave him. He does not care even how many glares he has from her, he doesn't give a fuck.

Right now, he is indeed in a good mood. When Merilyn walked away, she saw Nami who was enjoying the fun with Vivi, Shirahoshi and Rebecca.

Nami looked at her when Merilyn was looking at her with a soft smile. Nami knew something was wrong so she stood up, "I'll excuse myself for a moment." she said as Sanji served them his special menu.

Merilyn walked outside as Nami followed, "Is there something wrong? You seemed to be following me around." Merilyn said as she drank her champagne. "Nothing, you seemed not enjoying the party." Nami crossed her arms.

"I am. Tell me the truth, does Luffy have a relationship with someone right now?"

She goes straight-headed to that question. Nami only looks at her, "No. I'm telling the truth. What do you exactly want from him?" Nami asked very curiously, she knew that something was definitely wrong with this girl.

"Nothing. I'm just a bit flustered when I'm around him, Nami, I.. like him. But I'm afraid of being rejected."

Her voice has shaken, Nami wasn't surprised because of her suspicious actions and behavior towards Luffy. Nami knew her actions towards him, such mutual feelings she has, that made her hand clenched a little.

"Luffy isn't the type of guy that--"

"I know! I know all about that, that's why I'm scared. What kind of girl does he like? Does he like a woman??" Merilyn kept asking but Nami got no answer nor she didn't answer, but there's only one certain person that she suddenly remembers.

Luffy's goofy smile always approaches the guy, and that is Law. To Nami, their relationship is unstable, Law and Luffy weren't saying anything but it always made her suspicious toward Law and Luffy's actions sometimes to each other, however Luffy won't say any words.

Luffy just stays as he is, as for Law. Law was cold as ever, his responses and answers were short but Nami doesn't know if it's true or not.

Nami just looks straight at her, she hears a voice behind her, Merilyn looks at the person as Nami looks back at the door. It was none other than Law. Law was putting some empty-bottles outside the room, Law felt an extreme gaze from him.
