CHAPTER 20

After much persuasion,Rachael decided to stick with them.
"We will go once i check myself out in the mirror"Rachael said.
"I haven't gotten a mirror here" Angel revealed.
"Then i will use a window"
"Is it necessary?"Andrew asked.
" Are you asking me?"Rachael asked pointing at herself.
"No,go on" Andrew said annoyed.
Rachael walked calmly towards the nearest window and as she was checking herself out,she saw five police cars outside with some policemen sleeping and some awake.
She walked slowly and quietly back to the remaining and said;
"Policemen are outside"
"What?really" Andrew asked frighteningly.
"We have to leave" James said.
"Wait,why do you think they have not come in yet?"Angel asked.
" Probably because I put a padlock on the door so it would seem no one is in here"James said proudly.
"Wow,that was a smart move,that's what saved us today" Angel said.
"Yeah,we still have to leave"Wale said as he packed foodstuffs into a bag.
"Wait,where is Richard?" Rachael asked looking around.
"Right here" Richard said smiling.
"Bro" Wale said as he went to hug him.
"I am really sorry about everything guys" Richard apologized.
"You can apologize properly when we have escaped this pit in the ground"Rachael said.
"I have an idea"Richard said.
"What is it?"
"They need Andrew that is in a building right and is escaping the police,then let's give him to them"
"No" All of them said at the same time.
"Not this Andrew,another Andrew.If we want to get away from them fast,we will need the car"
"So what first?" Angel asked.
Richard brought out a small phone and put it to recording.
"Now Wale say 'Andrew,we have to go' into the phone"
"Okay.....Andrew,we have to go,now"
After Wale said it,he cut the recorder and said;
"Who will come with me?"
"I will" Rachael said excitedly.
Richard and Rachael walked out through the back door and said;
"Close the door for now"
Angel closed the door and stood behind it.
"What do you think he is doing?should we trust him?" Angel questioned.
"Let's try to trust him" Wale said with a  genuine mind.

Richard and Rachael walked away from the house and moved to an empty hut and placed the phone there.Richard pressed the play button and then grabbed Rachael's hand and ran as fast as he could run with her.They ran back to the house as the policemen ran towards the hut.
"Open up" Rachael said.
Angel opened the door and then Rachael said;
"Come out"
They all ran towards the car from the back and immediately they entered the car,Andrew started driving.
"We have to get fuel,find Mr Michael and then finally get rid of Mrs Leonard.Sorry Angel"Andrew planned out.
"Oh,am totally fine with that,i am wondering if Richard is okay with it" Angel said.
Richard thought of it for a while but his thoughts were interrupted by Rachael.
"What are you thinking about?if she stays free,she will kill you"
"But she was the only one there for me when my parents died" Richard said.
"Ooh,i apologize" Rachael said lowering her head.
"No problem,we would do it"
"Yeah" James said happily.
"But first....we are changing this plate number"Andrew said.
" But where?you are wanted everywhere"Wale asked.
"I know somewhere" Andrew said as he turned the car suddenly.
After some minutes,they arrived at a place filled with cars,no idea where.They got out of the car and followed Andrew inside.
"Andrew" A guy greeted him with a smile on his face.
"Hey dude,how are you?"Andrew greeted back.
" Let's cut the crap and cut to the chase,what do you want?"
The sudden change in atmosphere shocked everyone. They looked at themselves and knew that the meeting would not go entirely well.
"Common,what do you mean?" Andrew asked cunningly.
"I mean that it is only when you are in trouble that you come here,so what happened this time?"
"Have you not heard the news?" Rachael asked curiously.
"Oh great,you are on the news this time"
"I didn't do it"
"Not like they would believe.Quick question,are you married now or do you have a girlfriend?"The guy asked.
"Is this a gay story?" Angel whispered to Wale and he just shrugged.
"No,why?"
"Cause i am" He said swinging his ring in front of Andrew's face.
"Okay,it's not" Angel whispered again to Wale.
"I am not sure why i will be concerned about it"
"You said it that there is a probability you will get married before me,but i got married before you"
"Oh my,that was five years ago"
"Exactly,and you are still not married"
"Okay,i am sorry about all that"
"Sure,what are friends for?now what do you need?"
"We need to change the plate number of this car before they track us"
"No problem" He said as he went to take a new plate number and changed it quickly.
"Thank you,when all this is over,i will come greet you and your wife"
"Sure" He said smiling genuinely.
They all went back to the car and then drove away.
"Where to now?"Angel asked.
" Fathes hotel"Richard said.
"Okay then" Andrew said as he drove towards the hotel. When they got to the hotel,they spoke to the receptionist;
"Hello,please we are looking for Mr Michael"
"Oh,hold on briefly"
The receptionist took the phone and dialed a number and waited for a while.After a while,she cut the call and dialed another number.After listening and nodding her head for a while,she cut the call and looked up with a sad face.
"I am very sorry for wasting your time,i entirely forgot,he died two days ago. One more time,i am sorry"
